I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name TP City Apartment – City Center, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds pretty generic, right? But you know what, sometimes the places with the most boring names end up surprising you the most. This 4-star spot absolutely delivers on that front, and that 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated review padding – it’s actually earned.

The thing that struck me immediately when I walked in was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment comfort and hotel service. I mean, you get the space and homey feel of having your own place, but without the hassle of figuring out where the nearest grocery store is or dealing with dodgy WiFi. The apartments themselves feel lived-in rather than sterile – there’s actual character in the furnishings, and honestly, the beds are way better than most hotel chains I’ve stayed at. What really sold me though was the attention to those little details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. Proper lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed (thank god), and – this might sound weird – but the shower pressure is incredible. You’d be surprised how many places mess that up.

Being right in the city center means you’re walking distance from pretty much everything worth seeing, but here’s the thing most reviews don’t mention – it’s surprisingly quiet at night. I was expecting traffic noise and late-night street sounds, but the building itself seems well-insulated. The staff genuinely knows their stuff too, which makes a huge difference when you need restaurant recommendations or want to know the best time to visit certain attractions without dealing with crowds. They’re not just reciting from a script – these people actually live in the city and have opinions about where to get the best coffee (which, by the way, there’s a fantastic little place about two blocks east that locals frequent). The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, none of that corporate hotel bureaucracy where they try to upsell you seventeen different services. Overall, this place gets what business travelers and longer-stay visitors actually need – space to spread out, reliable amenities, and a location that doesn’t require planning your entire day around transportation. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually settle in and feel like you’re experiencing the city rather than just passing through it.

  The apartment is outstanding in every way. It is light, spacious and airy. It is beautifully presented and very comfortable. We fully self catered as the kitchen was so good. The owner was very quick to respond to our request for help with access details. The secure underground car park was a bonus. It is about a 2km easy walk to the old town.

  Apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated, bathroom and kitchen have all equipment you will need including freshly grained coffee. Location is just few hundred meters from public transport which makes it great for discovering the city. Access to the apartment is easy with the code send by the host, no keys/personal appointments needed.

  The apartment is roomy and spotless. The kitchen has even more utilities that I’ve expected, 3 or 4 pots and a pan.
  Great location if you’re travelling by plane, just several stops and the apartment is in a few minutes walk. Also, it takes 20minutes to get to Kadriord.
  I’d recommend this place to my friends. And if I need to stay in Tallinn again, it’ll be my choice.
