You know how some hotels throw around fancy words but deliver basic rooms? Well, this wasn’t that at all. The moment I walked into this studio, I could see why it’s pulling a 9.5 rating – and trust me, I’m usually pretty skeptical about those numbers.
The space actually feels bigger than you’d expect for a city centre studio. There’s this clever layout where they’ve managed to separate the sleeping area from the living space without making it feel cramped, which honestly is no small feat in the middle of town. The kitchen setup is surprisingly well-equipped – I mean, you’re not going to be hosting dinner parties, but I was able to make proper coffee in the morning instead of that hotel instant stuff. What really got me though was the terrace. It’s not huge, but it’s got this view that makes you forget you’re in a studio apartment. Perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine after exploring the city all day.
The gym situation is actually pretty sweet – it’s small but has the essentials, and here’s the thing nobody tells you about hotel gyms: this one’s rarely crowded because most guests don’t even know it exists. I had it to myself most mornings around 7 AM. The whole building feels well-maintained too, none of that slightly sticky elevator button situation you sometimes get with city properties. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM because they seem to get a bit frazzled with early arrivals – learned that one the hard way. The location puts you within walking distance of pretty much everything you’d want to see, though you will hear some street noise if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. Honestly though, it’s just the gentle hum of city life, not construction or late-night party noise. For a 4-star place in the city centre with this kind of rating, the value is spot-on – you’re getting that boutique hotel feel without the boutique hotel price tag that usually comes with it.

“I loved the cozy and elegant interior of the double-bed studio. Very well equipped accommodation. Everything was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The gym in the same building is well-equipped and convenient, making it easy to stay on top of your fitness routine. The shared laundry room was also a plus, with a vacant washing machine always available. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience—highly recommend!”
What could be improved: Street with busy traffic, but it gives easy access to public transport as well. 1min walk only
Very comfortable place with awesome atmosphere, near sea, parks and super restaurant and cafe (NOP). I'll returne.
Everything had been amazing, going to repeat for sure. Everything that you need is going to be max 15 min away by walk.
Supermarket with Apoteke and coffee shops/brunch place, just 5 minutes away, kitchen full ready for preparing your meals.
With gym, terrace and laundry machines, you can leave bicycle if needed.
City center is 15 minutes max away by walk, same for harbor terminal if you want to visit Helsinki during one day.
Super close to Kadriorg Park and Palace.
From the airport to location is just 15 min by bus and then 5 by walk.
Easy check in, just need to use a code for entry to the place, no keys needed.
Super kind host, she had been asking me if something was needed or could improve, I had my flight late afternoon and despite my check-out was during morning, she gave to me the solution of leave my bags in a locker.

Property provided everything you needed. Lots of special touches included in the property. Just, all in, a very good apartment!
Very cozy apartment. The windows overlook the highway, but the room is very, very quiet. I especially like the bed and mattress. You go to sleep like in the arms of a loved one. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very stylish and beautiful. The owner is always in touch, responds quickly to questions or needs.
What could be improved: In my opinion, there is not enough microwave oven, the hood practically does not extract the smell. There is a fan, but not enough air conditioning. It can be hot at night.

What could be improved: Needs an upgrade for an aircondition because it was way too hot.
Also the bathroom is a big issue as the water is spread everywhere - a small quick amendment can and needs to to be made.

Excellent by 10 points! Purely. The studio is not only designer, but absolutely everything is thought out for convenience! They respond very quickly if you need feedback. There is absolutely everything, the dishes are beautiful, everything for tea and coffee beans, an ironing board and an iron, there is even a hair mask in the bathroom :). There is a super sports hall and a track with sun loungers.
