Well, this one definitely hits the mark, and I mean that in the best way possible. The location alone had me sold once I actually got there and realized I was right in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town area. You’re literally steps away from all the medieval charm and cobblestone streets, but without being stuck in some cramped historic building where you can hear every footstep from the room above.
The apartment itself feels properly luxurious without being stuffy about it. The space is generous – actually generous, not just “European generous” where you can barely open your suitcase. I loved that they’ve got a proper kitchen setup, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out in Tallinn’s tourist center gets pricey fast. The furnishings strike that perfect balance between modern comfort and local character, though I will say the shower pressure could be a touch stronger (but that’s me being picky). What really impressed me was the attention to detail – good lighting for actually reading, plenty of outlets where you need them, and windows that actually block out street noise when closed. The staff knows their stuff too, gave me restaurant recommendations that were clearly from locals, not just the usual tourist traps.
Here’s what you should know if you’re thinking about staying here – the 4-star rating feels right, maybe even conservative. With an 8.4 rating from other guests, it’s clearly not just me who thinks this place delivers. The area gets lively in the evenings, especially during summer, but it’s the good kind of energy, not rowdy party noise. Parking can be tricky in this part of town (honestly, just use public transport), but the trade-off is worth it when you can walk to Toompea Hill or the main square in minutes. I’d definitely come back, and that’s saying something since I’m usually the type to try somewhere new each time.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Tallinn at least two months ahead for major events like music festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near historic attractions.

Perfect location, self-check-in/out.
What could be improved: The sofa bed was absolutely disaster, not suitable for sleeping but apartment was rented for family of 4. Mattress was craching, very uncomfortable.
Also suggested to put some curtains/blinds in kitchen because there’s no door to living room, so all the advertisement lights from big houses next to this house were little bit annoying.

What could be improved: a few evenings I could smell cigarettes from the neighbors, the street is quite noisy, there is a lack of equipment in the kitchen - spoons, pan lids... the living room could be replaced with a new carpet.
Comfort apartment with nice view. Great location near old town. A lot of shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Parking garage in the building. Very friendly and helpful host. Easy check-in/check-out.

We were here last year, and it was nice that the apartment was free this time also. Apartment is at the seventh floor with huge balcony faceing old town, Coca-Cola -plaza, Rottermani area and You can also see the sea / harbour. Ypu enter from the Narva mnt, and elevator takes You up. Apartment looks just like in the pics, everything was clean and furnitures and beddings are good quality. We smoke, so the balcony was perfect for us. Big thing with high temperatures outside, is air conditioner luxury, and there is two of those (bedroom + living room). At the kitchen, there is fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine. Positive suprise was also, that You can use the elevator to go to the third floor, enter from there trough parking house to third floor of the Viru shopping mall.
What could be improved: Only one thing that could be better: sofa bed in the livingroom was ok, but there was no mattress topper, I did not mind, but for some people it would be not so nice to sleep without that.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained, views were excellent towards the sea and harbour. The location was excellent and everything was within walking distance. There was free parking in the Viru centrum parking house, where one could directly access the building. The bathroom was large and had a nice walk in shower with a rain showerhead.
There was a dining table for 4 in the kitchen, which was a bit too large for the space and partially blocked access to the fridgerator. The bedroom had a big bed, which was nice, but it was difficult to walk around the bed since the bedroom itself was rather small. It had a large wardrobe, but it was half full of stuff belonging to the apartment like bedding, ironing board, baby grib.
In general the aparment is suitable for two persons even for a weeks stay, but 4 people would easily feel cramped.
What could be improved: There are only few wall outlets in the kitchen, so using the toaster, coffee maker etc requires plugging and unplugging. There are basic pots and pans, but the cookware in the kitchen could be better.
The is a large glazed balcony, which would be very suitable for an evening drink and watching the sunset, but unfortunately the existing balcony furniture does not support it. There was one small tired table and two chairs and some extra stuff storew away.
Perfect location in Tallinn city center. You don't have to use public transport, all important destinations are within walking distance. Comfortable stay for a family with a child. A little sea view and a nice panorama in good weather. The apartment not only has a washing machine, but also a tumble dryer. The key handover was quick and easy.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the shower needs proper cleaning and the windows from the inside, especially on the balcony, were not clean, which slightly spoiled the general impression of the apartment. Maybe one day there were some good dishes, but we only found 2 wine glasses, plates, and some coffee cups. No glasses, no mugs, no bowls, etc. An old filter coffee machine is something you could live with, but we ended up ordering coffee from a coffee shop downstairs. There is no remote door opening in the apartment. So if you're ordering food or inviting someone for wine, be prepared to go downstairs to open the door.
