I ended up cooking breakfast a couple mornings because, well, why not save some money and the kitchen had everything I needed. The upstairs bedroom gets good natural light, and the bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. One thing to note though – if you’re staying with someone who snores, you might still hear them from downstairs, but it’s definitely better than being right next to each other.

What really sold me on this place was the practical stuff that travel sites never tell you about. Check-in was straightforward – no weird key pickup drama or confusing instructions. The neighborhood’s got that lived-in urban feel where you’ll find actual grocery stores and cafes that locals use, not just tourist traps. I walked to several restaurants and never felt like I was in some isolated hotel district. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during busy periods, but that’s pretty standard for any decent urban area. The building itself is quiet enough – you might hear some street noise if you’re a super light sleeper, but nothing that kept me up. And honestly, for a 3-star place, the 8.9 rating makes total sense. It’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what you’d want: clean, comfortable, well-designed space where you can actually settle in for a few days without feeling cramped or like you’re living out of a suitcase.

    Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the old town, lovely cosy apartment in a recently renovated historic building. Would definitely return.

    The apartment was AMAZING! Yes it may be small but that just made it more comfortable. The area was silent, no extra noise or anything. The Apt was clean and cute overall. Very short trip to Old Tallinn, and big malls were nearby. Definitely coming back here again!

    The location is very convenient: there are tram stations nearby, but you can easily reach the old city by foot.

    The apartment was very clean, the bed very large and comfortable, loved the duplex design.

    The building itself is in excellent condition. Beautiful stairs, elevators, everything looks newly renovated and shiny.

    What could be improved: There was no freezer in the refrigerator, so no possibility to buy and keep the delicious local ice cream.
