You know what really surprised me about Revalia Port of Tallinn Apartments? The fact that it’s got this 9.6 rating and somehow still feels like a hidden gem that hasn’t been completely overrun by tourists yet. I mean, when you see numbers like that, you sort of expect to be fighting crowds just to get to the front desk, but honestly – it’s got this really relaxed vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something locals might actually use too.
The apartments themselves are what I’d call “thoughtfully done” rather than flashy. You walk in and everything just makes sense, you know? The kitchen actually has the stuff you need (not just a random assortment of mismatched plates), and whoever designed the layout clearly understood that people want space to spread out a bit. I actually found myself cooking breakfast a couple mornings, which is saying something because hotel kitchenettes usually make me want to order room service instead. The beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete – and the whole place has this clean, modern feel without being sterile. What really got me was the attention to small things… decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, WiFi that doesn’t make you want to throw your laptop out the window.
Being in Tallinn’s port area means you’re right where things are happening without being stuck in the middle of Old Town chaos. Don’t get me wrong, the medieval stuff is gorgeous and you’ll definitely want to wander those cobblestone streets, but there’s something nice about coming back to a neighborhood that feels a bit more real. You can actually walk to the port terminals if you’re catching a ferry (I saw plenty of people wheeling suitcases past in the morning), and the restaurants around here tend to be the kind locals frequent rather than pure tourist traps. The tram connections are solid too – honestly, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without much fuss. Evenings are surprisingly quiet considering you’re near the water and transport links; I think the building’s positioning or construction just blocks out most of the urban noise. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy presentations about amenities you’ll never use, just friendly efficiency and actual helpful tips about the area. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight class, and I suspect that 9.6 rating comes from people like me who went in with moderate expectations and left genuinely impressed.
Tallinn hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Estonia’s tech capital, known for its perfectly preserved medieval architecture and innovative digital society.

What could be improved: Jos oleskelet ja teet ruokaa asunnolla puuttuu välineitä
Mutta pärjää kyllä.
Dzīvoklis bija tīrs, ērts, silts un ideāla atrašanās vieta. Mums ļoti patika.
Apartment is next to the old town, very spacious!
Atrašanās vieta.
It was very clean, comfortable and quiet.
The host was very fast in response and also very cooperative, I arrived earlier than planned and was able to check in also earlier! Apartment has everything traveler may need and even more: coffee, sugar, salt, some food e.g. oil, even small bottle of wine and candies were left as a present. Apartment is pretty spacious and max 10mins walk from the port. Check in instructions were very easy with photos of locations.
What could be improved: The only thing that was not working was TV (no antenna/missing connection) but for me that was not really important
