Location-wise, you’re really well positioned here. I mean, Tallinn’s Old Town is walkable from pretty much anywhere in the city center, but being this close means you can actually pop back to your room if you need to drop off shopping bags or grab a jacket when the Baltic weather decides to change its mind. The staff genuinely knows the area too – I got some restaurant recommendations that were spot-on, not just the touristy places everyone mentions. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town (it always is in European city centers), but the hotel sorts that out for you, which removes one of those travel headaches you don’t want to deal with. The breakfast situation is solid – not just continental basics, but enough variety that you’ll actually look forward to starting your day there.   The location is convenient to go to old town on foot. It's easy to catch up a tram/bus stop as well. Breakfast is great because I had good quality of Estonian cuisine. The best thing is all receptionists are very kind, friendly, and supportive. I think they recognised our faces during the stay, so when we picked up our suitcases after check-out, they prepared it without a ticket.

  A lovely 'family-feel' hotel with a great spacious room and nice buffet breakfast. A great location too, right opposite Freedom Square and close to the Old Town. However, what makes this hotel truly stand out is the exceptional level of customer service. Early in the visit, my wife had an accident and this necessitated staying additional nights due to her immobility. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly supportive. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Ellina was very efficient at checking us in and then after the accident, she was very supportive in a practical way. However, I must mention, in particular, the support of Alonja and Andrei. Their level of professionalism, kindness and support was unbelievable – they really did go 'above and beyond'. We will always be extremely grateful. For us, this is the number one hotel in Tallinn. If you are looking where to stay in Tallinn, you will not regret booking here – truly outstanding.
