What I really appreciated – and this is something you don’t always get with apartment-style places – was how quiet everything stayed. Even with other guests coming and going, the soundproofing kept things peaceful. The Wi-Fi was rock solid too, which matters when you’re trying to navigate around the Old Town or figure out tram schedules. Speaking of location, you’re well-positioned here without being right in the tourist chaos. It’s close enough that you can walk to the medieval stuff when you want that postcard experience, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with cruise ship crowds stumbling past your window at all hours. The staff was genuinely helpful too – not just polite, but actually knowledgeable about the city in a way that felt authentic rather than rehearsed.

Look, I’ll be straight with you: this isn’t going to be the cheapest option in Tallinn, but for what you get, it’s honestly solid value. The whole experience felt more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a real feel for a place instead of just passing through.

  Удобная квартира в самом центре города, вокруг несколько парковок, до старого города несколько минут пешком. Квартира расположена на 9 этаже – прекрасный вид. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания несколько дней. Соотношение цена и качество – превосходно. По возможности, остановимся еще раз.
  
  What could be improved: Заселение бесконтактное, поэтому были некоторые трудности с нахождением квартиры. Возможно, хозяевам просто надо добавить в инструкцию, что на здании с разных сторон разные номера дома. Либо просто фото подъезда.

  Очень понравилось!!! Так уютно, по-домашнему, идеальная чистота , шикарный интерьер, с таким тонким вкусом все подобрано!!!! Все продуманно до мелочей в плане удобства!!!! Так приятно, нас тут ждали, спасибо огромное хозяйке!!!! Дети не хотели уезжать!!! Всем советуем и желаем хорошо отдохнуть в таких апартаментах! Да, и в центре города, очень удобно !!!!!❤️❤️❤️

  Потрясающие апартаменты, всё продумано до мелочей. Всё по-домашнему и со вкусом. Впервые оказалась в месте, где нет ни одного минуса.

  Sijainti oli hyvä, mutta erittäin outo. Emme tajunneet, että se on toimistorakennuksessa. Alakerrassa, jonne pääsimme satunnaisen kulkijan avatessa oven (meillä ei ollut ovikoodia!!!), alakerrassa mikään ei kertonut Airbnb- asunnosta, emmekä olisi päässeet sinne soittamatta omistajalle.
  
  What could be improved: Yhteydenpito ei toiminut. Ennen paikalle saapumista viestit olivat niukkoja, ja lopulta ovikoodi saapui s-postiini vasta klo 8 illalla, vaikka oli luvattu klo 12 mennessä. Ei ollut mainintaa, että ulko-oven koodinapeista on kulunut numerot ja merkit pois. Emme myöskään osanneet käyttää hellaa ilman ohjetta, ja WC:n lukko oli rikki.

  Ma family and I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Tallinn and loved it. Newly renovated with a modern design, it’s comfortable and well-equipped. Located in the business district, it’s a short walk to the historical center, making exploring easy.
  
  The owner was welcoming and helpful, providing clear instructions and ensuring our stay was perfect. We even had the flexibility to extend our reservation for a couple of hours, which was very convenient.
  
  Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing at all! Everything about our stay was perfect.
