You know what really surprised me about Eduard House by Larsen? It’s one of those places that completely defies its 3-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed in supposedly fancier hotels that didn’t come close to this level of thoughtfulness. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here, not just the bottom line.
The design has this really smart Scandinavian influence (which makes sense given the Larsen connection), but it doesn’t feel cold or sterile like some minimalist places can. I mean, there are these little touches everywhere – the lighting is actually warm and inviting, the common areas have books you’d actually want to read, and the coffee situation is legitimately good, not just hotel-lobby-adequate. What really got me was how quiet everything stays, even when the place is full. They’ve clearly thought about soundproofing, which is something you don’t fully appreciate until you’re trying to sleep in a place that didn’t bother with it.
The rooms themselves are smaller than what you might expect if you’re used to big chain hotels, but honestly? They’ve used every inch so well that it doesn’t matter. The storage is clever, the bed is genuinely comfortable (not just “hotel comfortable”), and – this is going to sound weird but stick with me – the shower pressure is fantastic. It’s those kinds of things that make you realize someone who actually travels had input on this place. The 8.5 rating it’s pulling makes total sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point. Sure, you’re not getting a massive lobby with marble everything or a fancy restaurant, but you’re getting something that feels more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a corporate hotel box. I actually found myself hanging out in the common areas in the evening, which never happens to me at hotels – usually I just retreat to my room and order takeout. Here, though, there’s this relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stick around, maybe chat with other travelers, maybe just read for a bit. It’s the kind of place that gets repeat visitors, and after staying there, I totally understand why.

What Our Guests Say
Amazing facility The sit-out area on the 1st floor had nice relaxing couches and a smart TV. Plus the roof top where you can relax and see the night sky while taking cool pictures.
The staff were responsive, very friendly, and helpful. We were originally supposed to check out by 11am, but our flight was scheduled to leave by 17:30, upon calling the customer rep., our check out was extended till 14:20 for free. We were so happy.
Very Good It was clean, and it offered certain facilities, including a rooftop area for recreation
Overall, very pleasant stay.
Room for improvements. Tidy place as usual and peaceful area. Shops available in short walking distance. The mini-kitchen in the room is fantastic.
Good for a short stay It is a nice place fairly well connected, and close to a supermarket. We travelled with bikes and loved that there was a separated locked bicycle storage.
Not bad Very modern
Exceptional A very clean, comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.
Would stay again 💯
It was okay, there are some things to work on! Very easy to get in, clean and cozy room. Place where to leave your car.
