But this place actually delivers on its promise, and that 9.6 rating isn’t just wishful thinking from a handful of reviews.
The apartment sits right in the heart of everything, which means you’re walking distance from the main shopping district and all those little cafes that locals actually frequent (not just the touristy ones). What really sold me though was the parking situation – I mean, finding free parking in any city center is like winning the lottery these days. The spot is secure and actually big enough for a regular-sized car, not one of those tiny European spaces that requires a degree in engineering to navigate. The building itself has this sort of understated charm; it’s not flashy or trying too hard, just solid and well-maintained. When I checked in, the whole process was refreshingly smooth – none of that awkward key-hunting or “oh, we weren’t expecting you” drama that sometimes happens with apartment rentals.
Inside, everything feels thoughtfully put together without being overly precious about it. The space is genuinely comfortable, not just Instagram-pretty, and honestly, after staying in hotels where you can hear every conversation from the hallway, the soundproofing here was a pleasant surprise. I actually slept well, which doesn’t always happen when you’re right downtown. The kitchen setup is practical too – like, you can actually cook a meal if you want to, not just reheat leftovers. What I really appreciated were the little touches that showed someone who actually lives in the city had a hand in setting this up: good coffee (not those generic packets), proper shower pressure, and blackout curtains that work. The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings but settles down by around 11 PM, so you get that urban energy without the all-night chaos. During the day, there’s this nice buzz from the street below – people heading to work, vendors setting up, that sort of authentic city rhythm that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing the place rather than just visiting it.

Mysig lägenhet med allt man kan behöva. Städig och fin. Dessutom fint läge mitt i centrum. Vi reste två vuxna och två barn. Stor bäddsoffa för barnen att sova i och skilt sovrum för oss vuxna.

We are so glad we stayed here! The apartment was beautiful, modern, everything functioned perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the high-resolution TV with YouTube and other streaming services. Despite it not being said on Booking, there even was fully working WiFi.
Communication with the owner was flawless, everything went according to plan, in fact, she was very kind and caring, too.
Location-wise, the apartment is very close to the center, to supermarkets and tram/bus stations.
The price is amazing for what you get. Highly, highly recommended :)
What could be improved: The only theoretical downside is the 5th floor without an elevator, but as long as you count on that, you‘ll be fine.
I had an amazing experience. The apartment was cozy and luxurious. It has quite modern decor and it was nice and clean. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and easy access to everywhere.
Voglio esprimere soddisfazione per la scelta effettuata. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e la casa forniva tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Le immagini che avevamo visto, raffiguravano in modo veritiero gli ambienti e la loro perfetta condizione.
La posizione è assolutamente ottimale per la visita della città, vicinissima al centro storico medievale e alle altre attrazioni da visitare. Semplicissimo raggiungerlo dall'aeroporto e vicino al porto. Praticamente circondato da negozi e all'occorrenza da centri commerciali.
Confidiamo di aver mostrato cura e rispetto per l'appartamento e il condominio, secondo le regole della casa.
Sicuramente se effettueremo nuovi viaggi a Tallinn, prenderemo in considerazione l'idea di essere nuovamente ospiti di Exclusive apartment.
What could be improved: Non vuole essere una nota negativa, perché sapevamo già che l'appartamento fosse al quarto piano dell'immobile e che non fosse dotato di ascensore. Per me che più volte al giorno andavo in giro per la città, forse l'avrei gradito :-)
We liked everything - the host is very friendly, helpful, always available if you need something. The apartment was beautiful, everything was fresh and new. There was everything we needed. The location was very good. We have free parking possibility. We certainly recommend this apartment for others.
What could be improved: -
Very nice, clean and very well equipped apartment close to city center. Newly refurbished so all surfaces were new and clean, high class. Free parking in the inner yard appreciated.
What could be improved: Apartment in 5th floor without an elevator was exhausting with all suitcases. The parking area in the inner yard was crowded, we were lucky to find a free spot, also the chain and lock at the metal port was inconvenient to use, entering and leaving the inner yard.

What could be improved: 5th floor, no lift
Very helpful and active host. Had some troubles with heating (wasn't necessarily apartment' problem, more so it's just not heating season yet), and host was super fast with solutions and overall communication was great and friendly. Location is perfect. Truly enjoyed my stay.
