You know what caught me off guard about the 102sqm exclusive loft in trendy Noblessner Tallinn city?
You know what caught me off guard about the 102sqm exclusive loft in trendy Noblessner Tallinn city? The sheer space of it all. I mean, 102 square meters is generous anywhere, but in Tallinn’s Noblessner district – this former submarine shipyard that’s been transformed into the city’s coolest neighborhood – it feels almost decadent. The moment I walked in, I got that “wow, okay, this is different” feeling you rarely get with city accommodations.
Noblessner itself is honestly one of those places that locals are still getting used to. Just a few years ago, this whole waterfront area was basically industrial wasteland, and now it’s got this sleek marina, trendy restaurants, and these converted loft spaces that feel more Brooklyn than Baltic. The loft captures that vibe perfectly – high ceilings, industrial touches, but with enough warmth that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping in a warehouse. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re technically in the city. The thick walls (thanks, Soviet-era construction standards) mean you’re not hearing every conversation from the marina below, which can get pretty lively during summer evenings when everyone’s out enjoying those ridiculously long Nordic days.
The practical stuff matters too – parking around Noblessner can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but honestly, you probably don’t need a car here anyway. The Old Town is maybe a 20-minute walk along the waterfront, or you can catch tram 1 or 2 from nearby stops. Actually, some of my favorite moments were just wandering the marina in the early morning before the restaurants opened, watching the ferries head out to the islands. The loft’s kitchen is properly equipped too (I mean really equipped, not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation), which comes in handy since some of the best produce markets in Tallinn are within walking distance. That 9.6 rating makes sense when you experience the attention to detail – from the lighting that actually works for reading to the shower pressure that doesn’t leave you standing there disappointed. It’s the kind of place where someone clearly thought about how people actually live and move through a space, rather than just how it photographs.
Early hotels booking in Tallinn requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s remarkable medieval architecture and vibrant tech scene.

What Our Guests Say
L' appartamento era molto bello.
What could be improved: L'appuntamento era un po sporco, gli armadi della cucina erano pieni di polvere, i bagni non molto puliti. Niente macchina da caffè niente microonde.
Very comfy and cozy, we really enjoyed the decorations. Everything we needed was there, and also very clean with an amazing view!
What could be improved: If someone is working downstairs with the light on, the person upstairs on the bed won’t be able to sleep because the curtains are transparent.
Suur vann ja mõnus suur diivan. Kõik vajalik köögis olemas ning einestamiseks oma nurk.
Dobra lokalizacja-blisko do portowej dzielnicy ,do Starówki 25 minut pieszo spokojnymi ulicami.Ciekawie urządzony nowoczesny apartament.Widok z południowego tarasu na morze i Starówkę-bardzo atrakcyjny.
What could be improved: Okna poludniowe bardzo się nagrzewają ,klimatyzacja nie mogła schłodzić pomieszczenia,więc trochę duszno.
Komfortowy apartament w pobliżu morza. Polecamy, spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania.
