    The apartment met our expectations. It was very well appointed and very clean. Being so close to the old town it was a bonus as we could walk to explore the city. Having an underground car park for our car was very important to us.

    We liked the beauty, cleanliness, coziness and spaciousness of the apartment, the presence of all kitchen utensils and free parking with your own spot. In addition, the location of the apartment is perfect, all places are within walking distance. To get the keys, you didn't have to meet anyone or think for a long time about how to get the keys.

    What could be improved: We had problems watching Netflix on the TV, it didn't open or work. Otherwise everything was great.

    Nice, light, airy and clean modern apartment with fab balconies in a quiet neighborhood. Semi easy walking distance from public transport stops, a grocery store or even Baltijaam.
    There were no shops, restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.. Speaking of coffee; there was a Paulig coffee machine in the apartment 😃👏 It would make it easier if there was information about what kind of capsules to get or if there were even a few samples 😉
    Big bathroom and basic kitchen utensils.

    Staff were helpful and flexible on the phone with check-in and keys were as agreed 👍

    What could be improved: Some of the kitchen utensils had been left filthy. And for example the Teflon frying pans and some of the pillows are in an awful shape – which is a shame in such nice apartment.

    Couldn't figure out how to use basic TV channels because the device asked for a pin code and there were no instructions. Netflix did work 😁

    A separate, written 28-point rental agreement to be signed and a separate €100 deposit to be transferred to an account seem nonsense and unnecessarily complicated to an active booking.com user.

    Asunto oli siisti. Vuodesohva oli helppokäyttöinen. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti ja oikein sujuvalla englannin kielellä. Uusi, hissitalo, parkkihalli oli hyvä tiloiltaan, lämmin ja tilava.

    What could be improved: Parkkihallista oli vaikea löytää omaan rappuun. Kannattaa ensin tehdä tutustumismatka asunnosta parkkihalliin, niin oikea ovi löytyy. Se on paikkaa 33 vastapäätä. Kaikki muu toimi erinomaisesti.
