High ceilings that don’t make you feel like you’re shouting across a warehouse, exposed brick that’s been cleaned up without losing its grit, and – this is the part that got me – really good lighting. Not just overhead fluorescents that make everything look like a doctor’s office, but actual lamps and fixtures that create atmosphere. The kitchens are compact but functional (I mean, you’re not hosting Thanksgiving dinner here, but you can definitely make a proper breakfast), and the bathrooms have those rainfall showerheads that actually work properly.
What I appreciated most was how quiet things stayed, even on weekend nights. The building seems well-insulated, and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that “hunt around for a lockbox hidden behind the dumpster” nonsense you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me; it’s solidly good without trying to be something it’s not. There are a few rough edges – the Wi-Fi can get spotty during busy hours, and some of the furniture shows wear from previous guests who maybe weren’t as careful as they should’ve been. But honestly, for a 3-star spot, Dream Stay delivers on the basics really well. The location works whether you’re here for business or just exploring, and you’ll have enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re camping in someone’s closet. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax after a long day, order takeout, and not feel like you’re roughing it.

What could be improved: It’s only missing a TV.
The lofts look modern and located in a quiet and safe place. The check-in process was clear and seamless. The hosts were also timely with their communication.
What could be improved: Although there are easy transport connections, the location is a bit out of the city centre. It works for anyone who is not into nightlife in the city centre. I wish there was television in my loft. The mattress was also flimsy, making it difficult to relax. The stairs to the bedroom is steep, but this was communicated. One coffee mug for two guests was not enough. Other than this, I think these lofts have great potential to become better.
Everything was very clean and new. An apartment is modern and very convenient. All the kitchen and cleaning equipment was available.
It was very clean, stylish and modern but homy. It had everything we needed for our four day trip.
What could be improved: The apartment was way too hot and we couldn't put the thermostat down. We also didn't get any help for that even though we messaged the customer service.
Location is convenient, with train line and bus routes nearby. Very handy to have car parking. The apartment is modern and tidy.
What could be improved: Nowhere to hang up towels and no bath mat provided. Only one single duvet for a double bed and two guests. We found an extra one in the cupboard.
The location is good, but just currently not perfect as trams are not running to the centre at the moment (valid for 2024 summer).
What could be improved: The stairs in the flat are really stiff - so be careful when you have small children or the physical health is not good.
Also it was little bit difficult to open the curtains.
It was a very nice 2 floor apartment.
What could be improved: Visited in June and the upper floor was so so hot. The property has no A/C, and as we were on the ground floor, it was impossible to leave the window open during the night (as it's a very low window). Had troubles sleeping during the night due to the heat.
It was a good location for me as I wanted to stay close to people I was visiting. Nice modern interior, new building. Apartment had a nice bathroom, kitchen equipment including a coffee machine. It was fast communication with the owning company - I asked for another blanket and it was brought quickly.
What could be improved: It was too hot in the part where the bed is, and as it is ground floor, you cannot sleep with opened windows. It is difficult to climb up and down - wouldn’t recommend for staying with children or elderly people. There were no chairs, so it was uncomfortable to eat. Internet connection was not very good - I needed to work a bit and had to use my mobile internet.
