The building itself sits in this sweet spot where you get the urban energy without the street noise keeping you up at night. I stayed here during summer and again in early fall, and that terrace really shines when the weather cooperates – though even on cooler evenings, it’s nice to step out and get some air. The 9.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there; it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works the way it should. Plus, check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward key-hunting or confusing building entry that sometimes comes with apartment rentals.
