When I asked about dinner recommendations, the guy at reception didn’t just hand me a generic tourist list – he actually asked what I was in the mood for and gave me three spots that felt like real discoveries. One was this tiny place just two blocks away that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of those meals you remember for months. The breakfast situation is solid too – nothing overly fancy, but they do this amazing local bread that’s apparently from some bakery they partner with nearby, and the coffee is legitimately good, not just hotel-lobby decent. I mean, with a 9.1 rating, you’d expect quality, but sometimes even highly-rated places can feel generic. This one doesn’t – it feels like someone actually cares about creating an experience rather than just checking boxes.
