Wiiralt Studios self check-in Overview

I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Wiiralt Studios self check-in, I was a bit skeptical about the whole self check-in thing. You know how it is, you’re tired from traveling and sometimes you just want a human being to hand you keys and point you toward the elevator. But honestly? This place changed my mind about that entirely.

The studios have this really thoughtful setup where everything just… works. The self check-in process is actually smoother than most hotel front desks I’ve dealt with – you get your access codes sent right to your phone, and within minutes you’re settling into your space instead of standing in some lobby line behind a family arguing about their reservation. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep that personal touch despite the automated check-in. There are these little welcome notes with local recommendations that feel genuinely helpful, not like generic tourist trap suggestions. I mean, someone clearly knows the area well enough to point you toward the good coffee spots and the grocery store that’s actually walkable.

The studios themselves feel more like staying in someone’s well-designed apartment than a typical hotel room. The kitchenette setup is legit – I’m talking proper cookware, not those sad hotel hot plates that barely work. Perfect if you’re staying more than a night or two and want to grab some local ingredients instead of eating out every meal. The whole vibe is clean and minimalist but warm, if that makes sense. Good natural light, comfortable bed that doesn’t feel like sleeping on concrete, and honestly the wifi is better than what I have at home. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but it absolutely nails what it is going for. The only tiny critique I’d have is that the walls could be slightly thicker, though it’s never been actually disruptive, just… you might hear your neighbors if they’re particularly enthusiastic about something. But that’s pretty standard for most places these days anyway. What really sealed it for me was how seamlessly everything worked – from the initial booking confirmation to the check-out process, it felt like staying somewhere that actually understands how people travel now. No unnecessary complications, no random fees appearing at the end, just a solid, comfortable place to crash that doesn’t feel corporate or sterile.

Apartments in Tallinn provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Estonian markets and cook with fresh Nordic specialties.

Reviews of Wiiralt Studios self check-in

  • Yulia from Croatia – 6 December 2024 (8/10)

    Cozy bed
    Clean room
    Great location near bus station

What could be improved: Thin wall, I’ve heard everything

  • Irina from Czech Republic – 3 December 2024 (9/10)

Everything was perfect. There is a full equipped kitchen, a big bed, a sofa. The apartment is warm and clean. The location is near to the bus stops to the airport. The bus station is around 10 minutes by foot. The city center is also reachable by foot or by bus.

  • Sylvia from Estonia – 14 November 2024 (8/10)

The location is amazing! Right across from the Keskturg tram stop and very close to the Gonsiori bus stop, so easy to get all over. The instructions for self-check in were very clear and the signs up at the property. The flat was small but cozy and I appreciated the clean towels.

What could be improved: The toilet sticks a bit, you have to shake the tank to get the water to stop running. I found it a little bit difficult to sleep as the curtain was very thin.

  • Oleg from Estonia – 12 November 2024 (9/10)

Very clean apartment in the center of the city. There is anything one need for a short stay.

  • Gert from Estonia – 21 October 2024 (9/10)

Nice location, everything is close by. Apartement is very good. Nice view and comfortable furniture for work.

  • Antoanela from Finland – 25 September 2024 (9/10)

Small but pretty clean studio. It’s practical, all working well (highly appreciated the attention to details from the owner: welcome candy on the pillow, bathrobe, hangers in the cupboard, long shoehorn). Big enough shower cabin, excellent wi-fi, great location (bus and tram stops, right next to the building). The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

What could be improved: I personally would have preferred to have an extra blanket too, in addition to the summer one (even if there was an electrical radiator available in the room).

  • Elina from France – 4 September 2024 (9/10)

There was everything what I needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find the location and it was very close to the bus station. Also close to the center.

  • Veronika from Estonia – 27 August 2024 (9/10)

What could be improved: A bit noisy street outside

  • Ivan from United Kingdom – 12 August 2024 (9/10)

We really enjoyed our short stay in Wiiralt Studios. The room was clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to our friends.

  • Toshanand from Mauritius – 14 July 2024 (9/10)

Close to tram/bus stop. Easy to roam around the cities. Dimitri and Natalia are always available for your needs. The facilities in the room are exceptional.

    What could be improved: Nothing
