The thing about staying right in Tallinn’s city center is that you’re literally steps away from everything that matters. I mean, you can roll out of bed and be wandering around Town Hall Square in like five minutes, which is actually pretty amazing when you think about it. The medieval old town isn’t just some tourist trap either – there’s this genuine lived-in feeling to the cobblestone streets, especially early in the morning before the tour groups arrive. What really got me was how quiet it stays at night despite being so central. I was expecting street noise and late-night revelers, but honestly, once you’re inside, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself has that comfortable, unpretentious vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room.
The setup is pretty straightforward – nothing fancy, but everything works the way it should. The kitchen actually has proper equipment (not those tiny hotel kettles that take forever), so you can grab fresh stuff from the markets and make a real breakfast. And speaking of markets, the Balti Jaam Market is close enough that you’ll probably end up there more than once – the local vendors have amazing honey and those Estonian black bread loaves that are basically impossible to find anywhere else. What I really appreciated was how the place felt authentically local without trying to be quirky about it. You’re not staying in some over-designed “experience” – you’re just living like a regular person in Tallinn for a few days, which is honestly refreshing. The fact that it’s got a 9.4 rating makes total sense to me because it delivers on the basics really well without any unnecessary frills. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want, especially when the city itself is providing all the entertainment and character you need.

+Aiz loga daudzi Tallinas lielveikali, kvartālu tālāk - Roterman kvartāls un Vecpilsēta ar Viru Vārtiem. Arī ostas terminālis 15min gājienā.

Ne +, ne -, taču no rīta agri kļūst skaļi - apm 5:30 sāk kursēt tramvaji un autobusi, taču tas ir pilnīgi normāli, jo dzīvoklis ir galvaspilsētas centrā!

+The contactless check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We got free parking in the yard. The location was perfect: close to the old town and the Viru shopping center is conveniently located right across the street. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, even bottled drinking water and a coffee maker. Overall, the apartment was cozy, well-maintained and offered great value for money. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was fast and there were plenty of channels to watch. We had a wonderful three days in Tallinn and really liked the apartment, except for a few things I wrote about below.
What could be improved: - The kitchen utensils were a bit dirty, but we washed them ourselves by hand because there is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
- It would have been nice to have two separate blankets for the double sofa bed in the living room instead of one large one. We had to split the blanket in half and it was not very comfortable to sleep.
- The sink in the bathroom was very small and the shelf under the mirror was sticking out and tilted, so it was hard to wash your face carefully without water getting on the floor under your feet
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and we were delighted to have free parking available in the yard. The location was ideal—while our visit to Tallinn wasn't for sightseeing, we took the chance to explore the Rotermann Quarter and the shopping malls conveniently located just across the street. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was more spacious than it appeared in the photos and perfectly accommodated our family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the apartment was cozy, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for the price.
What could be improved: - It wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator.
- The kitchen tools and dishes were dirty.

Mulle meeldis see, et kõik teenused olid nii lähedal (poed,kohvikud,restoranid). Korter asub täiesti kesklinnas.Ja korter oli nii hubane ja kodune. Kõik vajalik oli olemas. Lisaks kinnises hoovis oli oma auto parkimiskoht. Soovitan soojalt.

What could be improved: Some extra blankets and blanket covers would be nice - there was only one big blanket per double bad, I had to wrestle my wife for it.
