Check-in was smooth – none of that awkward hovering while they figure out the system – and they actually knew useful stuff about the area. Not just the obvious tourist traps, but practical things like where to grab decent coffee early in the morning or which nearby spots stay open late. The neighborhood itself has this authentic feel that’s getting harder to find these days. It’s quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well (and trust me, after years of travel, I’m picky about noise levels), but you’re not stuck in some sterile bubble either.

The rating of 8.8 makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s the kind of place that doesn’t wow you immediately but keeps growing on you. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with marble bathrooms or designer furniture, but everything works properly, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and you get the sense that someone actually cares about maintaining the place. I found myself extending my stay by a couple nights, which is always my personal test of whether somewhere is actually good or just looks good in photos.   Almost everything you need is there. Clean, cozy and good prices. Also the owner was very kind and friendly! I cannot forget the moment I stayed at this apartment.

  What could be improved: The owner seemed nervous and strange upon my arrival. The check in could be done only after 4PM. In the evening discovered red spots in two different places – lamp and on key hole of one of the doors. I felt really uncomfortable and strange in the apartment, so decided to book another place.
