Three Crowns Residents Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Three Crowns Residents, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside. It’s got that understated, almost residential look that makes you wonder if you’re in the right place. But you know what? Sometimes those are exactly the hotels that surprise you.
The thing about Three Crowns is that it feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel. The lobby isn’t flashy or trying too hard – just clean lines and that kind of quiet efficiency that actually works better than all the marble and chandeliers you see elsewhere. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that upselling nonsense, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure I knew what I needed to know about the area. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully simple – not huge, but cleverly laid out so you’re not tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s decent natural light, which matters more than people realize when you’re trying to shake off jet lag.
What really won me over, though, were the little details that show someone’s paying attention. The water pressure in the shower is solid – not one of those dribbling European experiences that leave you wondering if you’re actually clean. The Wi-Fi works throughout the building, even in the elevator, which honestly impressed me more than it probably should have. And here’s something you don’t always get at three-star places: the rooms are genuinely quiet. I mean, you’re not going to hear every conversation in the hallway or get woken up by the ice machine at 2 AM. The whole building has this settled, peaceful vibe that makes it easy to actually rest. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period (lots of business travelers, from what I could tell), but it never felt chaotic or rushed. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive – they clearly know what they’re doing. If I’m being completely honest, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury amenities or Instagram-worthy design moments. But sometimes what you want is a place that just works well, where everything functions the way it should and you can focus on whatever brought you to town in the first place. Three Crowns delivers on that promise without making a big show of it, and honestly? That’s exactly what good hospitality should feel like.
Hotels in Tallinn offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this Baltic jewel, with easy access to museums, medieval towers, and startup districts.

Reviews of Three Crowns Residents
Outstanding experience – Daria from Portugal (8/10)
I recently stayed at this hotel in a double room, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short 5-minute walk from Raekoja plats, making it perfect for exploring the city. The building itself is a charming blend of history and modern comfort, with many authentic elements preserved. The room was well-appointed with modern furniture, a mini refrigerator, and an electric kettle, adding to the convenience.
The breakfast was a highlight—there was an impressive variety of food options, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters would be satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. A nice touch was the option to have breakfast packed if you needed to leave early—this level of service really made a difference.
Having stayed here twice already, I can confidently say I will be returning on my next visit to Tallinn. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.Despite of all i enjoyed a lot – Milla from Finland (8/10)
