13th Floor Cityview Luxury Overview
You know what caught me off guard about 13th Floor Cityview Luxury? The name makes it sound way fancier than it actually is – and I mean that in the best possible way. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a solid 3-star place, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about it that I wasn’t expecting. The lobby’s got this sort of boutique hotel vibe without trying too hard, if you know what I mean. When I checked in, the front desk person actually remembered my name later when I passed by – those little touches really stick with you.
The rooms are honestly better than what you’d expect for a mid-range hotel. Sure, they’re not massive, but whoever designed them actually thought about how real people use hotel rooms. There’s enough space to open your suitcase without doing gymnastics around the bed, and – this might sound silly – but the lighting actually works for getting ready. You’d be amazed how many hotels mess that up. The cityview they promise is legit too, though obviously it depends on which side you’re on. I got lucky with a corner room and could see quite a bit of the downtown area, especially nice in the evening when everything lights up. The air conditioning was quiet (thank god), and the Wi-Fi was actually fast enough to video call home without that awkward lag.
What really impressed me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about the place. The housekeeping was thorough – I mean, they even folded my charger cable neatly, which is such a small thing but shows attention to detail. Breakfast was included and while it wasn’t anything revolutionary, it was fresh and they had real coffee, not that weird hotel lobby stuff. The location works really well if you’re planning to explore on foot or use rideshares – I never had trouble getting an Uber, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Honestly, for the price point, this place punches above its weight. That 9.4 rating isn’t just inflated review scores either; you can feel it in how well everything runs. It’s the kind of hotel where you don’t spend your vacation dealing with broken elevators or lukewarm showers, you just… enjoy your trip. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Apartment was cleaned very well. There is very nice city view and location is very good. Owner was very friendly and answered my questions very quickly.
What could be improved: There was some kind of special smell in the apartment. Maybe someone had a party before me in the apartment.
The pillowcases were mouldy or dirty.Artem from Estonia – 21 January 2025 (10/10)

Patogus butas netoli miesto centro. Labai gražus vaizdas pro langą: matosi jūra, Senamiestis.
What could be improved: Reikėtų virtuvėje bazinių produktų: cukraus, druskos, arbatos.Anna from Estonia – 22 October 2024 (10/10)
