Tallinn Downtown 1BR apartment with parking Overview
You know what struck me first about Tallinn Downtown 1BR apartment with parking? It’s actually got that rare thing in Tallinn’s old center – a proper parking spot that comes with your stay. I mean, anyone who’s driven around those narrow cobblestone streets near Town Hall Square knows what a nightmare finding parking can be, especially during summer when cruise ships are dumping thousands of tourists into the old town every day.
The apartment itself sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to Raekoja plats in about five minutes, but far enough from the main tourist drag that you’re not hearing bachelorette parties stumbling back from Hell Hunt at 2 AM. The space is honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying – nothing fancy, but it’s got everything you actually need including a kitchen that’s way more functional than those joke kitchenettes you usually get in city center places. The bed’s comfortable enough, though the pillows are a bit on the firm side if that matters to you. What I really appreciated was having actual counter space to spread out groceries from the Rimi down the street, and the shower has decent water pressure (trust me, this isn’t a given in some of Tallinn’s older buildings).
The building itself has that typical Soviet-era vibe – you know, concrete and practical rather than charming – but honestly, it works. The stairwell’s clean, the entry system actually functions, and there’s no weird smells or sketchy characters hanging around. Plus, being on the edge of the medieval area means you can duck into Kadriorg Park when you need a break from cobblestones, or grab dinner at one of the local spots on Narva maantee that aren’t charging tourist prices. I actually ended up at this little Georgian place called Samikitno just two blocks away that was incredible and cost half what I would’ve paid near the town square. The apartment’s location puts you walking distance from both the ferry terminal (if you’re doing a day trip to Helsinki) and the train station, which is clutch if you’re planning to explore beyond the city. It’s the kind of place where you can live like a local for a few days instead of feeling like you’re camping out in tourist central – and did I mention the parking? Because seriously, that alone makes this worth considering.
Apartments in Tallinn provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Estonian markets and cook with fresh Nordic specialties.

Reviews of Tallinn Downtown 1BR apartment with parking
On from Estonia – 6 March 2025 (7/10)
Tähtis on sisemine ilu 😉
What could be improved: Muidu ööbimiseks täitsa okei, aga isegi 2 väikse radikaga max võimsusel töötamisel oli korteri põrand ja vannituba väga külm. Ei tea mis seis seal veel talvel oleks.Liv from Latvia – 6 January 2025 (9/10)
Great location – just a short walk from the old town. A nice flat with everything needed for an overnight stay.
Laura_riekstina from Latvia – 4 January 2025 (9/10)
Close to the old city center, about 15 min by foot. Apartment is equipped with all you can need (but we didn't need much, staying only one night). There was a coffee machine in the kitchen, thanks for the coffee capsules and sweets! And thank you for allowing later check out!
What could be improved: Only one – it was a little bit cold in the apartment, it's an old wooden building without central heeting. But it's not so bad for a good sleep with warm blanket 🙂Kristina from Estonia – 3 January 2025 (9/10)

The location is great, the apartment had everything we needed. No noise from the neighbours. The owner let us check-out an hour later than listed.
What could be improved: The bathroom was a bit cold. The noise from the street was too loud for me, so I reccomend bringing ear plugs if this is something that would disturb your sleep.Tiia from Estonia – 13 December 2024 (9/10)
I really enjoyed my stay again, very nice apartment!
Beatriz from Spain – 11 December 2024 (9/10)
Muy acogedor, calentito (fuimos en invierno), bien ubicado y con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. La ciudad es preciosa, si volviéramos, iríamos al mismo apartamento.
Iisa from Finland – 8 December 2024 (1/10)
What could be improved: Asunnossa oli torakoita. Lähdimme keskellä yötä. Majoittaja lupasi palauttaa maksun yöstä, mutta väitti, ettei asunnossa ole ötököitä, vaikka meillä oli niistä kuvia ja videoita.
Matthew from United Kingdom – 24 October 2024 (9/10)
Perfect location – just 5 minutes walk from the old-town. Airport pick up was also a nice touch.
What could be improved: No complaints at all. Great accommodation and host.Tiia from Estonia – 30 September 2024 (9/10)
Very spacious and clean apartment.
