Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Studio KO75 on Sütiste tee, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place in Mustamäe. The area’s pretty residential, you know, lots of Soviet-era apartment blocks mixed with newer developments, and I thought I’d made a mistake booking here instead of staying in Old Town. But honestly? This turned out to be one of those happy travel surprises that reminds you why sometimes the best finds are off the beaten path.

The studio itself is actually really thoughtfully designed – I mean, someone clearly put effort into making this space work. It’s compact but not cramped, with this clever layout that somehow fits everything you need without feeling cluttered. The kitchen area is surprisingly well-equipped (I actually cooked a couple meals there using stuff from the Selver nearby), and the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. What really struck me was how quiet it was at night – Mustamäe isn’t exactly downtown, so you don’t get the tram noise or late-night bar crowds that you’d deal with in the city center. I sleep pretty light, and I had no issues here.

The location grew on me too, honestly. Sure, you’re not stumbling out your door onto cobblestones and medieval walls, but the tram connections are actually fantastic – line 4 gets you to the center in like 15 minutes, and there’s a stop basically at your doorstep. Plus, you’re living like locals do, which I kind of loved. There’s this whole little ecosystem around there with grocery stores, a decent coffee place (can’t remember the name, but it’s in that small shopping area), and you get to see how regular Tallinn residents actually live. The building itself is well-maintained, check-in was smooth, and parking wasn’t a nightmare like it can be in the old city. I stayed there in late spring, so I can’t speak to winter conditions, but the heating seemed solid. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the shower pressure could be better, but honestly, after walking around Tallinn all day, I was just happy to have hot water. That 9.7 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – this place genuinely delivers on being a comfortable, clean base for exploring the city without the tourist-trap pricing.

  Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Магазин "Максима" в 50-ти метрах от дома.До остановки городского транспорта 250 – 300м.
  Жилье в соотношении цена – качество очень приличное.

  Объект находится в тихом районе, рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Квартира светлая, чистая. В квартире есть все необходимое, очень приятно продумано все до мелочей.
