When I first walked into Spacious apartment in city center, honestly, I wasn’t expecting much – you know how these rental descriptions can be pretty generous with the truth. But this place actually delivers on that “spacious” promise in a way that’s pretty rare for downtown accommodations. The living room genuinely feels like, well, a living room you’d want to hang out in, not some cramped afterthought with a fold-out couch.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to make it feel like a proper home rather than just another sterile rental. The kitchen’s got enough counter space that you can actually spread out and cook something decent (I made pasta one night and didn’t feel like I was performing surgery in a shoebox). The windows – and there are plenty of them – let in this great natural light that changes throughout the day. You’ll hear the city humming below, but it’s more of that comfortable urban backdrop than anything disruptive. I mean, you’re in the city center, so there’s going to be some street life, but the building seems well-insulated enough that I never felt like I was trying to sleep on the sidewalk.

The location is honestly the real winner here. You can walk to pretty much everything you’d want to see, and I’m talking actual walking distances, not that “walking distance” nonsense where you need hiking boots and a packed lunch. There’s a grocery store practically around the corner – one of those local places where you can grab fresh bread and decent wine without paying tourist prices. The neighborhood feels lived-in, if that makes sense, like real people actually call this area home instead of it being some sanitized tourist bubble. Parking was easier than I expected too, though I’d still recommend checking with them about options beforehand. The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no standing around a lobby for twenty minutes while they find your reservation. With a 9.4 rating, you can tell other people have had similarly positive experiences, and after staying there, I get why. It’s one of those places that just works without any drama or unpleasant surprises.

  Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, parfait +à l'établissement spacious apartment. L'établissement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes et le rapport qualité prix était bon. Les équipements tels que sur les photos dans le cite booking. Com.
  
  Un merçi particulier à notre host , à Regina pour son humilité, son hospitalité, son accueil et sa disponibilité. Elle était toujours à l'écoute quelque soit l'heure.

  Absoluutselt mõnus, mugav ja ilus korter. Meid oli 7 ja mahtusime ilsuti ära, ei olnud ka hommikust vetsu järjekorda, kuna neid ruume on 2.
  Paksud kardinad andsid võimaluse pimedas magada, kuigi aasta valgem aeg oli. Kesklinna kohta super vaikne korter.

  Korter vastas täpselt piltidel nähtule, Asukoht Tallinna peamiste vaatamisväärsuste juurde oli suurepärane- kõik asusid jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
  
  What could be improved: Wc uksed võiksid olla, kas lukustatavad või uste linkide külge võiks olla sildikesed kinni/lahti.

  The owner of the apartment was really friendly and she helped with everything. The apartment was located within walking distance of the harbor and the old town. The apartment was atmospheric with tall windows and old parquet floors. The house had thick walls, so traffic sounds did not disturb.
  
  What could be improved: The old apartment is not suitable for people with indoor air allergies. A microwave oven, a regular filter coffee maker and porcelain mugs were things we would have liked to have in the apartment.

  A fireplace is a great bonus even in the summer! The location in front of the park is great. Very convenient private parking place for even a big car! Not so much noise from the street. Very spacious apartment. It has an amazing kitchen with convenient furniture, and overall very, very good to use and nice to look at. The children's room is full of toys. The building itself is not modern, but the apartment is absolutely brilliant for a short city exploring experience!
  
  What could be improved: The only con I've found is that there is a squeaky floor in a couple of places, but this is such a minor thing that you can ignore that- the building is historical, and the original wooden flooring was there for almost a century.

  We rented the place for two on a business trip. The host provided us with an easy and clear set of instructions to find the keys, get in and use the facilities of the place. We love it.
  
  What could be improved: The place does not have airco but it has its charms in its rustic original style and opening the windows for a breath of fresh air was sufficient for us as there was enough wind.
