What could be improved: I dislike to leave a negative review as the apartment itself was perfect and the owner was very nice.
I'm very disappointed by Booking service. As when booking the apartment (for just 1 night) the price was 77,85 euro plus 19 euro for cleaning. I got the confirmation from Booking of the price and of the payment charged 96,85€ (it was a month before the date of staying).
After the stay i was charged another 81€. How that? I write to the client assistance, they very appolgize but then after several days of writing back and forward they announce me that there was a bug and the price for cleaning was mistakenly indicated 19€ instead of 100€. First of all, the bug is Booking's not mine, the very first Booking's confirmation was for 96,85€ and during a month between the confirmation and the day of stay in the apartment nobody wrote me about the price change, secondly i hardly can believe that the price for cleaning can be so high, higher than the price per night itself. Тихое место, в двух шагах автовокзал, до центра тоже недалеко, удобная кухня, особенно порадовала посудомойка, очень тепло, классные светильники, хороший интернет

Понравилось абсолютно всё!
Местоположение – это самое главное.
В трёх минутах от автовокзала и остановки трамвая, который едет в аэропорт, идеально чтобы провести ночь между автобусным и авиа рейсами.
В 5 минутах ходьбы есть магазины.
Квартира уютная, теплая, чистая, всё необходимое имеется. Цена очень хорошая за такой вариант.
Хозяйкой были даны все инструкции, чтобы самому заселиться.
