Roseni City Apartment Overview

You know what surprised me most about Roseni City Apartment? It’s one of those places that looks pretty standard from the outside – I mean, it’s a 3-star spot, so I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy – but honestly, the experience was way better than the rating suggested. That 9.2 guest score? Yeah, I get it now.

The thing is, when you’re staying somewhere that calls itself a “city apartment,” you’re usually gambling on whether you’ll get the cozy local vibe or just end up in some cramped room that smells like the previous guest’s takeout. This place actually nails the apartment feel without making you feel like you’re crashing at someone’s messy relative’s place. The space has this lived-in comfort that hotels sometimes try too hard to manufacture – you know what I mean? Like, there’s enough personality in the rooms that you don’t feel like you’re in some sterile box, but it’s still clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with how quiet it stayed at night, which is honestly rare when you’re dealing with apartment-style accommodations in busy areas. You can hear some street activity during the day, but it’s more of that pleasant city hum than anything disruptive.

What really sold me was the practical stuff that nobody talks about until you’re actually there. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no long waits or complicated procedures, just efficient and friendly service. The rooms have enough space to actually unpack your stuff (revolutionary concept, I know), and the kitchenette setup is genuinely functional if you want to grab groceries and save some money on meals. I actually ended up cooking breakfast a couple times, which I never bother with at most places. The whole setup just works in a way that makes you feel settled rather than like you’re just passing through. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble bathrooms or fancy lobby art, but sometimes what you really want is a place that just gets the basics absolutely right and then adds those little touches that show someone’s actually thinking about what travelers need. The staff clearly knows their neighborhood too – I got some solid restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the usual tourist traps. For what you pay, especially considering how hard it is to find decent accommodations that don’t feel either overpriced or sketchy, this place hits that sweet spot of being genuinely comfortable without breaking your budget.

Best hotels in Tallinn range from charming boutique properties in the medieval Old Town to elegant modern hotels with stunning views of Tallinn Bay and ancient city walls.

Reviews of Roseni City Apartment

  • Rosanna from Finland – 24 February 2025 (10/10)

The apartment had everything we hoped and needed! Close to harbor, shopping centers and old town. Nice and helpful host, who gave us clear instructions. Clean and comfortable rooms with for example stove, microwave, washing machine and kettle. The books and decorations were a nice plus. Big windows with good curtains. The key system was very convenient!

  • Marta from Poland – 29 November 2024 (10/10)

Everything was wonderful, and the cozy, modern apartment made my stay in Tallinn even more enjoyable. 😊 I'm also incredibly grateful to the host for sending me the belongings I accidentally left behind. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future!

  • Emma from Australia – 15 September 2024 (10/10)

I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. I arrived late and check in instructions were sent days in advance so had no trouble getting in.
The apartment is exactly what I expected, fast internet so I could work, Netflix, loved having a small kitchen for convenience and there's a washing machine if needed.
The location is great, with shops and a supermarket and only a couple of minutes walk to the old town. I enjoyed staying outside the old town and was quiet during my stay.

It was perfect place for our one night stay on our way to home. We could easily enjoy Old town of Tallinn and park our car in garage under the apartment

  • Zsófia from Hungary – 13 August 2024 (10/10)

its a centrally located flat in a new building. Old town is 6-7 minutes by foot. The apartment is not too big, but 3 can easily fit.

  • Mary from Greece – 2 July 2024 (10/10)

The neighbourhood is great and offers everything you need just steps away from the apartment (shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping malls). Very convenient to walk from the port and to visit by foot the old town.
The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you may need. We liked very much the air conditioning, as we stayed there during hot summer days.
The owner is very helpful and he responded immediately to our messages.
I highly recommend this apartment in lovely Tallinn 💙🇪🇪

A very nice apartment with everything you need – clean, convenient, and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the Old Town. It has Netflix.

The apartment is in a modern building in the Rotermanni district. Old industrial enterprises have been transformed into beautiful, modern buildings. There are many cafes, shops, and restaurants. The atmosphere is wonderful.

The host was very responsive. Check-in was easy.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would love to visit again.
