Pirita Beach View Suites Overview
You know what struck me first about Pirita Beach View Suites? It’s actually positioned right where you want to be – close enough to hear the Baltic Sea but far enough back that you’re not dealing with constant foot traffic from beachgoers. I mean, when a place pulls a 9.7 rating, you expect something special, but this four-star really delivers on the promise in its name.
The suites themselves are honestly more spacious than I expected. We’re talking proper living areas with those floor-to-ceiling windows that actually frame the coastline instead of just giving you a sliver of water view like so many “beach view” places do. The kitchenettes are well-equipped too – I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings because the local grocery stores have amazing fresh bread and Baltic fish. The beds are firm (which I love, but fair warning if you prefer soft), and the bathrooms have heated floors, which is clutch during Estonia’s cooler months. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM since they seem to really stick to that timing.
What really sets this place apart is how it captures that quiet Estonian coastal vibe without feeling isolated. Pirita Beach stretches right out front – it’s this gorgeous stretch of sand that locals actually use year-round for walking and cycling. The Olympic Sailing Centre is just down the way (leftover from when Tallinn hosted the sailing events in ’80), and there’s something oddly peaceful about watching the boats in the marina from your suite window. Parking is included and stress-free, which honestly saves you a headache since finding spots near the beach can be tricky during summer weekends. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the Wi-Fi can be spotty on the upper floors during busy periods, but honestly, isn’t that kind of perfect for a beach getaway? The staff genuinely knows the area too – they pointed me toward this little coastal path that leads to some ruins I never would’ve found otherwise. It’s the kind of place where you can walk into Tallinn’s Old Town when you want culture and history (about 15 minutes by car), but retreat to actual seaside tranquility when the city gets overwhelming.

The location is perfect. So impressed with the apartments. The beach is beautiful. Great restaurants on ground floor. The breakfast food provided was beyond just breakfast. The host really thought of everything to make us comfortable.
We had a fantastic time and would without a doubt stay here again! Thank you very much!! – Jenna from United Kingdom (10/10)
The property was fantastic! All you could ask for inside and the fridge was jam packed with food for breakfast. Infact it could have fed us for the 3 days we were there. The view was amazing from the balcony. We watch some of the best sunsets and most incredible weather see the northern lights. We have traveled to Iceland to see them and got our own show for free. We was so lucky!
The beach is a peaceful family beach with lots of people chilling and having a good time. A lovely vibe! We tried the restaurant downstairs, the food was beautiful really enjoyed it a lot and cheap too considering where you are and the surrounding!
Also if you wanted to travel into the old town it’s cheap enough in a cab using bolt app!
Our host was extremely helpful, answered quickly and put our minds at rest when we had a problem.
Great stuff!Great! – Joanne from United Kingdom (9/10)
The property was spacious, clean and well furnished. Plenty of food was provided for breakfast, enough for lunch too. The balcony was large and comfortably furnished, perfect for watching the sunset. The location was peaceful, just the pleasant sounds of a few people enjoying the beach and sea. We enjoyed walking to the harbour and on the paths in the trees by the beach. Overall, a really relaxing place to stay.
