The free parking thing isn’t just a nice bonus here – it’s genuinely valuable because finding a spot in this part of the city can be a nightmare, especially during summer when half of Finland seems to descend on Tallinn for cheap beer and medieval charm. I mean, I’ve seen people circle these narrow streets for forty minutes looking for parking.

What struck me most about the studio itself was how they actually meant it when they called it “peaceful.” The building has these thick walls that seem to muffle everything – I could barely hear traffic from Herne, and trust me, Estonian drivers aren’t exactly known for being quiet. The desk they mention isn’t some tiny afterthought either; it’s a proper workspace with decent lighting and enough room to spread out a laptop and papers without feeling cramped. I spent a couple of mornings working there with coffee from the little café around the corner (Kohvik Moon, if you’re curious – their pastries are dangerous), and honestly felt more productive than I do in most hotel business centers. The whole setup has this sort of residential feel that makes you forget you’re in temporary accommodation. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t scream “hotel room” the moment you walk in – the furnishings feel chosen rather than bulk-ordered, if that makes sense. The 8.8 rating doesn’t surprise me at all because while it’s not fancy, everything just works the way it should, which is rarer than you’d think in budget-friendly places.

  The price is good. The bed is very comfortable and it's nice that there are two different kinds of pillows. Haven a proper laundry stuff was also nice, there were even an ironing board and an iron too. Floor heating in the bathroom was nice. You can spend comfortably for a short stay.
  Good communication with the host. It's quiet at night.
  
  What could be improved: The room and the bathroom windows are facing the street. Since it's a ground floor apartment, you kind have to keep the curtains closed. Also you can hear footsteps and shower of upstairs.
