Parlament Overview

You know what struck me first about Parlament? It’s one of those places that just feels right the moment you walk in – not trying too hard to impress, but clearly someone cares about the details. I mean, with an 8.4 rating, I had decent expectations, but honestly this four-star spot exceeded them in ways I didn’t expect.

The thing about Parlament is that it sits in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to actually walk places (and I’m talking real walking distances, not those “5-minute walk” lies some hotels tell), but you’re not dealing with the chaos that comes with being right in the thick of everything. The staff here actually know their neighborhood – when I asked about decent coffee that wasn’t tourist-trap expensive, the front desk guy gave me directions to this little place two blocks over where locals grab their morning espresso. That’s the kind of local knowledge you just don’t get everywhere. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully designed rather than flashy. Good lighting for actually reading, outlets where you need them (shocking, I know), and the beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. The bathrooms are clean and modern without being stark, and honestly, the water pressure is better than my apartment back home.

What really sealed it for me was the vibe during different parts of the day. Mornings are pleasantly quiet – you can actually think while having breakfast – but there’s enough energy that it doesn’t feel dead. Evenings get a bit livelier, but not in that obnoxious way where you’re wondering if you’ll ever sleep. The soundproofing between rooms is solid too, which matters more than people realize until they’re stuck next to someone who thinks 2 AM is prime phone-call time. I stayed during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and even then the common areas never felt cramped or chaotic. Check-in was smooth – no weird upselling attempts or confusing key card situations. The elevator actually works reliably, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places mess that up. And parking, if you need it, isn’t the nightmare it could be, though I’d honestly recommend just walking or using public transport since you’re well-connected here anyway. Look, Parlament isn’t going to blow your mind with over-the-top luxury, but that’s sort of the point. It’s the kind of place where everything just works like it should, the staff treats you like a person rather than a walking credit card, and you end up in a genuinely good location without paying through the nose for it. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a hotel.

What could be improved: Gal nelabai tinka su mažais vaikais, nes apartamentuose yra laptukai.Reikia būti atsargiems.

    Kõik mis vaja oli olemas.

What could be improved: Haises kanalisatsiooni järgi algul, ära koristamata jogurti tops oli voodi kõrval, õiget ust oli raske leida, levi ei olnud.

What could be improved:
