The spa facilities – well, that’s where this place really shines. After spending days wandering around Tallinn’s cobblestone streets (gorgeous, but your feet will definitely let you know about it), having access to a proper spa isn’t just luxury, it’s practically medicinal. The sauna alone is worth mentioning because, let’s face it, you can’t really experience Estonia without a proper sauna session.

What I really appreciate is how they handle the conference side of things without making regular guests feel like afterthoughts. Sure, you’ll see business groups in the morning grabbing coffee, but the public areas never feel overrun or chaotic. The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star place – clean, comfortable beds that actually let you sleep, and bathrooms where the shower pressure doesn’t disappoint (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue). The 8.2 rating makes total sense to me because while everything works well and the service is reliable, it’s not trying to be something it’s not. It’s not the flashiest place in town, but sometimes you just want a hotel that does the fundamentals really, really well. Plus, if you’re traveling during conference season or in the summer months when Tallinn gets busy, having that spa to retreat to after a day of sightseeing – or meetings, if that’s your thing – feels like having a little secret escape right where you’re staying.
