I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address for Panoramic Sea View – 11th Floor, I wasn’t expecting much. It’s tucked away on Tornimäe, which is this quiet residential street that most tourists completely miss, but that actually turned out to be one of my favorite things about staying here. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Toompea Hill and all the Old Town chaos, but when you come back at night, it feels like you’ve escaped into this peaceful pocket of actual Tallinn life.

The apartment itself – well, the name doesn’t lie about the views. From the 11th floor, you get this sweeping look across the city that honestly made me stop mid-conversation with my travel partner more than once. You can see the red rooftops of the Old Town spreading out below, and on clear days (which happen more often than you’d think in Tallinn), the Baltic Sea stretches out like this gray-blue infinity. I mean, I’ve stayed in fancier places, but I spent more time just staring out these windows than I care to admit. The apartment itself is pretty straightforward – clean, functional, with that slightly minimalist Nordic vibe that either works for you or doesn’t. The kitchen was actually better equipped than I expected, which came in handy since there’s a Rimi grocery store about a ten-minute walk away on Viru street.

What really sold me on this place was how it felt like staying in a real neighborhood. In the mornings, I’d hear kids heading to school and people walking their dogs – you know, actual life happening around you instead of that weird tourist bubble feeling you get in most city center hotels. The building’s elevator is one of those slightly creaky European ones that makes you wonder if it’s been there since the Soviet era, but it works fine and honestly adds to the charm. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s street parking right outside that doesn’t cost a fortune, which anyone who’s tried to park in Tallinn’s Old Town will appreciate. The only thing that might bug some people is that it can get a bit lively on weekend nights since you’re still close enough to the action, but I actually liked hearing the distant sounds of the city winding down. For what you pay, especially considering you’re getting those killer views and a whole apartment to yourself, it’s pretty hard to beat.

  Hervorragende Lage: Zu Fuß in 10min in die Altstadt bzw. 15min bis zum Hafen (Fähren, Rundfahrten). Kurze Entfernung vom Flughafen. Kaufhaus Stockmann ist 100m entfernt mit hervorragendem Lebensmittelsortiment. Swisshotel als Nachbar mit freundlicher Rezeption (Ausdruck von Boarding cards/Gepäckaufbewahrung).
  
  What could be improved: Im Badezimmer hat Allibert zwar die entsprechenden Stromkabel, doch ist kein Licht angeschlossen und keine Steckdose

  Beautiful view and facilities. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Very safe location with extra security measures. Coffee shops nearby. About a 15 min walk to Old Town or you can take the tram.
  
  What could be improved: I typically like to stay in Old Town but this was quieter for sure. A second key would have been helpful but we made it work.

  A very pleasant experience! The apartment had everything we needed – from the kitchen to the small comforts. It was very clean and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning – a beautiful panorama to start every morning! We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.
