Panoramic Sea View -11th Floor Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Panoramic Sea View -11th Floor, I’ll be honest — the name pretty much says it all. This four-star apartment sits right on the 11th floor of a building in Tallinn‘s Old Town area, and those views? They’re exactly what you’d hope for. The elevator ride up gives you a moment to anticipate what’s waiting, and when you step inside, those floor-to-ceiling windows immediately draw your attention to the Baltic Sea stretching out beyond the medieval rooftops.
Location That Actually Matters
You know what I love about this place? It’s positioned right on Tornimäe, which means you’re literally steps away from Tallinn’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, but you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds right outside your door. I mean, couples rate the location a perfect 10, and after staying here, I totally get why. You can walk to Toompea Castle in about five minutes, hit the Town Hall Square in ten, but when you want to escape the medieval madness, you just head up to your peaceful perch above it all. The parking situation is actually sorted too — they’ve got private spots on site, which honestly saves you a headache in this part of the city.
The Space Itself
This isn’t your typical hotel room setup — it’s a proper apartment with a kitchen that’s actually functional. I’m talking full-size appliances, decent counter space, the works. The living area flows nicely into the sleeping space, and everything feels modern without being sterile. What really gets me though is how they’ve positioned everything to maximize those sea views — even when you’re making coffee in the morning, you’re looking out over the water. The whole place feels like someone’s well-appointed city apartment rather than a generic accommodation.
Why the Views Matter
Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise great views and deliver something mediocre, but this one actually delivers. From the 11th floor, you’re getting this incredible perspective over Tallinn’s red-tiled rooftops with the Baltic Sea as your backdrop. During sunset, the light hits the medieval spires just right, and honestly, it’s the kind of view that makes you want to just sit with a glass of wine and watch the day end. In the morning, you can see the ferry traffic heading to Helsinki, which gives you this nice sense of being connected to the broader region.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
The thing about this place is that it strikes this perfect balance between being in the heart of everything while giving you space to breathe. You’re not fighting for elevator space with dozens of other hotel guests, you’ve got your own kitchen if you want to grab groceries from the market and cook something simple, and that location score of 9.6 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s genuinely earned. Plus, there’s something satisfying about having your own little aerie above one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time in your accommodation, not just crash between sightseeing sessions.

Beautiful view and facilities. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Very safe location with extra security measures. Coffee shops nearby. About a 15 min walk to Old Town or you can take the tram.
