There’s something about the way they’ve balanced modern design with subtle nods to Estonian craftsmanship that actually works – not trying too hard, just comfortable and genuine.

The location is honestly pretty brilliant if you’re trying to balance being close to Old Town without dealing with all the tourist chaos right outside your window. You’re close enough that you can easily walk to Toompea Hill or wander through those medieval cobblestone streets, but far enough away that you won’t hear groups of tourists chatting outside your room at midnight. I mean, Tallinn’s Old Town is stunning, but it can get pretty lively during peak season. The staff here really knows their stuff too – not just the usual scripted recommendations, but actual insights about which restaurants locals go to and when to visit certain spots to avoid the crowds. During my stay, the woman at reception told me about this little café near Kadriorg Park that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of my favorite discoveries.

What really impressed me was how they handle the details that business travelers and leisure visitors both care about. The rooms are genuinely quiet – I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any street noise, which is saying something since Tallinn can be surprisingly bustling even on weeknights. The Wi-Fi actually works properly (you’d be amazed how many hotels still struggle with this), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. Their breakfast setup is solid too – not just the standard continental spread, but they include some Estonian specialties that give you a real taste of local flavors. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, even when I arrived earlier than expected after a delayed flight. Look, with a 9.1 rating, you’d expect quality, but what struck me was how effortless everything felt. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on exploring this incredible medieval city instead of dealing with hotel hassles – and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to make the most of your time in one of Europe’s best-preserved old towns.

  Absolutely amazing! If one still thinks what hotel to choose in Tallinn- I’ll tell- you hardly will find anything better. As an experienced Tallinn visitor, I can assure you- if you want troubleless and comfort stay with SPLENDID breakfast, sweet after lunch surprise, beautiful calm spa, good beds and LADIES! Hair conditioner is surprisingly good there as well. Super nice staff, professional assistance. I felt like home!
