The bathroom’s compact but functional, with good water pressure – honestly, after staying in some questionable places around Europe, that matters more than you’d think. What really won me over was the location though. You’re walking distance from Kadriorg Palace and Park, which is absolutely gorgeous any time of year, but especially in autumn when the leaves are changing. The park’s where locals go to jog in the morning or walk their dogs, so you get this authentic neighborhood feel that’s hard to find in typical hotel areas.

Getting into the city center is actually pretty straightforward – there’s a tram that runs regularly, though I found myself walking more often than not because the route takes you through some really charming residential streets. You know what surprised me? How quiet it gets at night. Even though you’re still technically in the city, Kadriorg has this almost village-like calm after dark. The whole area feels safe and lived-in, not touristy at all. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re the type who likes to experience a city more like a temporary resident than a visitor passing through. The 8.9 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Just keep in mind you’ll want to stock up on groceries when you arrive since having that full kitchen is really the apartment’s biggest selling point.

  Ideal place for single travelers. Apartment is very small, but includes all what you need – big bed, shower, mirror with special light (it is important for girls :)), TV, WiFi, storage place for closes. kitchen tools etc. City bus stop is around the corner, 10 minutes walk – also a tram stop, approx 2 km to Old Town and all beautiful places (and bars :)) in Tallinn. International bus station – 10 minutes walk. As I came to Tallin with bus from Riga, it was very convenient because no additional transportation to/from the bus station was needed.
  
  What could be improved: As I am a "penguin", I don't like airless and hot rooms. Since the apartment is small, it gets stuffy quickly and you have to keep the door to the terrace open from time to time to ventilate. In colder weather, this might not be pleasant. True, there is an air conditioner in the room, which I don't use. Perhaps it's a lifesaver in the summer, so that the room isn't too hot and there's enough fresh air. But I think – it is only my problem. 🙂

  I loved the overall design of the place, it was very well put together. Additionally, there were a ton of amenities such as a washer, dish washer, and drying rack. It felt very cozy and I was always comfortable.

  I had a fantastic time at Mari's place. Great location (very easy to reach the city centre, there is a bus stop just next to the building; huge supermarket practically next door), modern and comfortable furniture and equipment, and communication was also pretty good, all minor issues were solved very quickly by a single phone call, and Mari was very open to feedback and suggestions.
  This is a very good choice (great price/value!) for a few days visit in Tallinn for a single person or potentially a couple.
  
  What could be improved: Minor inconveniences only:
  It was a bit hard to identify which door belongs to the booked apartment in the entry hall due to some ongoing renovations, but I phone call quickly resolved the issue.
  With the sofa bed open, the room can be a bit small even for 1 person if you have a huge suitcase

  Close to Bus Station, there is everything you need in the appartement: kitchenware,hair dryer, steamer for the clothes.
  The appartement is clean, no issues.

  I had an exceptional stay at Mari's apartment! The host's quick and warm response upon phone contact made everything smooth from the start. The apartment is new and modern, and every possible expectation was met—from the coffee to the clothing steamer. The location is perfect, conveniently close to both nature and the old town, as well as to a large grocery store. It was also quiet and clean. I highly recommend Mari's place and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
