The moment you walk in, that view just hits you. I mean, we’re talking about floor-to-ceiling windows that actually frame something worth looking at – not just another building or a parking lot like so many places promise. The morning light floods the whole space, and I found myself just standing there with my coffee, watching the city wake up below. The apartment itself feels genuinely modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. Everything’s clean-lined and thoughtfully placed, but there’s still this lived-in comfort that makes you feel at home rather than like you’re staying in a showroom. The kitchen actually has everything you need (and I mean everything – they even had a decent coffee maker), which is rare in these short-term rentals.

What really got me was the attention to detail. The bed is properly comfortable – not too firm, not too soft – and the linens feel expensive. There’s good water pressure in the shower, reliable WiFi throughout, and honestly, the air conditioning works like a dream. These might sound like basic things, but you’d be amazed how many places get them wrong. The neighborhood has this great energy too, especially in the evenings when locals are out and about. You’re close enough to walk to restaurants and cafes, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you’re not dealing with crowds and noise all the time. Parking was actually straightforward (they give you clear instructions beforehand), and check-in was smooth – no awkward waiting around or hunting for keys.

I stayed here during what I’d call shoulder season, so it wasn’t completely packed with tourists, which might’ve helped with the overall vibe. But even then, you could tell this place has been thoughtfully set up by someone who actually understands what travelers need. There are plenty of outlets near the bed, good lighting for reading, and enough closet space that you’re not living out of a suitcase. The only tiny critique I’d have is that the walls aren’t super thick – you might hear your neighbors occasionally – but it’s really not a big deal. For a 3-star rating, this place punches way above its weight class, and that 9.8 score isn’t just people being generous. It’s the kind of spot where you find yourself thinking, “I could actually live here for a while,” which is probably the best compliment you can give any accommodation.

  Quiet neighbourhood, fully equipped room with kitchenette and washing machine. It's quite new and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Location is not quite near to oldtown, even have to walk 650m to nearest bus/tram stop. It was freezing cold of -13°C to -18°C during our stay in Tallinn and heavy snow, not easy to walk to bus/tram stop.

  everything was clean and just beautiful

  – the equipment was more than adequate, in short, everything was there (dishes, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer,…)

  What could be improved: there was only one problem.. the box with the key was difficult to open, the code had to be set to a specific position and at first it didn't work, the whole row of numbers had to be moved a little higher (I don't know how to explain it 😅)

  it was really clean and modern. Felt like home! Has all the amenities, the building feels safe and is quiet.
  
  What could be improved: We weren’t able to control the a/c ourselves, but the hostess was super helpful and solved it right away.

  Nice view, roomy if you compare to hotel. nice new premium house. in the evening free parking on street. kitchen as bonus.
  
  What could be improved: main problem was to find key box , that was on old fence far from entrance, you have to walk over muddy grass. but the worst – small box for keys with code lock was disaster: very small numbers on silver plates in dark surrounding: we lighted the lock with smartphone , but the silver plates, where are tiny numbers, is mirroring back and it is impossible to read the code numbers! absolute disaster!

  The location was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, sleepy and residential but it is close to many public transport stops which will take you in less than 5 minutes to Old Town as well as other touristy spots. Liis is an attentive host who has a great knack for making her guests feel very welcome. I appreciate her quick responses to my queries; her attention to detail, the concise and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and her overall friendly nature. My flight arrived late which resulted in me arriving late to her property. It took me less than 3 minutes from the time my Uber driver dropped me off to the moment I entered the apartment thanks to her detailed instructions. Thank you, Liis, for the warm hospitality! Tallinn was a blast!
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing Liis can do about it but the lot outside the building is a gathering spot for seagulls every single morning around 3 AM. You can hear them even though the windows are closed. As soon as the sun rises (the sun rises at 3 AM in the summer!) those pesky seagulls are circling and squawking looking for food Just keep the windows closed as it muffles most of the "seagull choir songs".
