  What could be improved: Очень холодная квартира.Электрические батареи всегда выключались. Не было телевизора. Душевая кабина пропускала воду на пол ванной комнаты. Из за каменного шланга от душа было его не настроить он всегда разворачивался в сторону.Маленький бойлер. Около дома проходит двухстороннее движение с троллейбусами и автобусами, очень шумно. Входная дверь в подъезд сильно хлопает. Нет сушилки для белья и утюга.Соседский дозор, сосед сверху топал до полуночи. Ужасный и старый подъезд. Есть парковка но неудобно в том, что она на 5 машин когда мы приехали было одно свободное место еле в него втиснулись, если бы подъехали немного позже после пяти ,думаю мест уже не было бы. Единственный большой плюс , что квартира находиться практический в старом городе
