Tucked away on Luise street – which, let me tell you, is perfectly positioned without being in the thick of the tourist chaos – it feels like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks haven’t quite caught onto yet.

The suites themselves are what really won me over, though. I mean, calling it a 3-star property almost feels like they’re being modest – the space I had was genuinely luxurious in that understated Estonian way. Big windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and the morning light streaming across those blonde wood floors was pretty spectacular. The kitchenette wasn’t just for show either; I actually used it to make proper coffee and store some of those amazing pastries from the bakery around the corner on Viru street. What struck me most was the attention to small details – thick towels, blackout curtains that actually work, and surprisingly good water pressure. Sometimes it’s the basics that make or break a place, you know?

Location-wise, you’re about a five-minute walk from Town Hall Square, but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 2 AM (trust me on this one). I loved being able to wander down to the medieval old town whenever I felt like it, then retreat back to this quiet pocket of the city center. The tram stops nearby if you want to explore Kadriorg Park or head out to the beach areas, and there’s actually decent parking if you’re driving – which in Tallinn’s old town area is basically like finding gold. The staff seemed genuinely happy to share local recommendations too, not just the standard tourist traps. They pointed me toward this incredible little wine bar that I never would have found otherwise. Honestly, with a 9.1 rating, I wasn’t surprised by the quality, but I was pleasantly surprised by how personal it felt despite being in the heart of the city.

  Good location, modern interior. Very fresh feeling, probably we were the first guests in that apartment.
  
  What could be improved: It was hard to find a parking. it could be good if host sent a small map of possible parking spots around. There is like al least 3 parking operators and each has separate app, with problems to register in an so on. Finally we used Snabb witch was ok.

  I had to book last minute after my accommodation cancelled as I arrived at the airport! They provided quick check in details and instructions for me making check in seamless. The property is perfect for a couple or a single traveller with everything you would need.

  A truly lovely new place
  Everything was immaculate and beautifully designed with a fresh and elegant feel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially housekeeping who were outstanding. The bathroom had all the essentials along with quality toiletries and accessories. Great location right in the centre. Would happily stay again.

  The location is really great – near the city centre. Apartment was very cosy, nicely furnished and very clean. The whole building is new/renovated. AC, wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine – everything worked perfectly.
