  I loved the flat. It was so well located that everything in town was within a reasonable walk or bus if you wanted. The flat was cosy and a perfect space for one or two people to relax. Despite being in a busy area there was no sound problems and I had amazing nights sleeps. The owner was so helpful and was on hand if I needed anything.

  The location was as advertised, a 5 minute walk to Old Town. There was a convenience store and Chicago 1933 restaurant next door. The walk to the ferry terminal was 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away that you can catch the bus to the Tallin TV Tower. The studio was on the 5th floor, and the building had an elevator. The studio was a good size with a wood floor. The kitchen was stocked. There was a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo, and there was plenty of hot water. Shampoo and shower gel were provided.

  Check-in instructions were very clear, communication is friendly and quick, the apartment was stylish, clean, loved the atmosphere, there was absolutely no noise from whatsoever so I slept really well, bed was comfortable, all amenities needed are there, bathtub is great, and location is perfect (next to Rotermann quarter and only a short walk to the old town). Would definitely recommend!
