Lootsi 3a Nordic Style with Parking Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw Lootsi 3a Nordic Style with Parking listed online, the name didn’t exactly scream “luxury getaway.” But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you upfront. This 4-star spot ended up being one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something genuine rather than stumbled into another cookie-cutter hotel experience.
The Nordic style here isn’t just marketing speak – they actually commit to it in ways that matter. We’re talking clean lines everywhere, lots of natural wood that doesn’t feel forced, and this really calming color palette that somehow makes even the smallest spaces feel open and breathable. The rooms have this minimalist thing going on, but not in that sterile way where you’re afraid to touch anything. I mean, there are thoughtful touches like proper reading lights (finally!), and the beds are honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in – firm but not rock-hard, you know? The bathroom design is particularly smart, with these gorgeous tiles that look expensive but also practical for actually using the shower without flooding everything.
What really sold me on this place, though, was all the little stuff that shows someone’s actually thinking about what travelers need. That parking they mention in the name? It’s not just a cramped afterthought – there’s actual space to maneuver, which anyone who’s tried to parallel park a rental car in a tight European city will appreciate. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, no upselling or complicated key card explanations. And here’s something I didn’t expect – the soundproofing is actually decent. You’re not going to hear every conversation in the hallway or feel like you’re sleeping next to a construction site. The staff seems genuinely local rather than imported hospitality robots, so when you ask for restaurant recommendations, you get real answers about where they actually eat, not just the tourist traps that pay commissions. The 8.6 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything works the way it should, and there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on getting the basics absolutely right rather than distracting you with unnecessary bells and whistles.
To book hotel in Tallinn during the famous Tallinn Music Week season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts medieval history enthusiasts and digital innovation lovers from around the world.

Prakash from Poland – 15 August 2024 (9/10)
Very good location. Close to the old town and port is just 5 minutes walking distance.
Apartment is very clean and tidy with all the amenities.
Very easy checkin instructions.
What could be improved: Nothing:))Darrell from United States – 27 July 2024 (8/10)
The location was excellent for the sites we visited! Having a kitchen available allowed us to eat breakfast at our leisure.
What could be improved: The air conditioning quit working on a Friday. It was the hottest day for Tallinn. With the air conditioning out, we tried to open the windows to create a breeze through the apartment, but could not open any of them. This unfortunate event is what brought the rating down.Iryna from Ukraine – 25 June 2024 (9/10)
Very good appartement, clean and light, lots of space.
30 min walk to the city center, near a big supermarket and port
What could be improved: Not so comfortable sofa in the living room. It is impossible to open the window in the bedroom.Kevin from Australia – 20 May 2024 (9/10)
The air con unit was essential to cool that apartment. Location was excellent and access information was clear.
What could be improved: Nothing really. The sun hit the windows and without air con the room would be unbearable. The tv did not seem to work but that was not so important.Jevgeni from Estonia – 16 April 2024 (9/10)
Very comfortable apartment, quick check-in. Close to the center and old town, across the street shopping center.
The apartment has everything you need for living and cooking.Cisan from Estonia – 20 November 2023 (9/10)
Very good apartment to stay in. It has everything you need for your trip and even has covered parking and a sauna (for an extra cost). I definitely recommend this property. The aesthetic quality of the furnishings in this residence is unequivocally distinguished from that of other leased properties.

The apartment was large, clean, and had a lot of windows. It was next to the port. Shopping was close by. It seemed very safe.
