The rooms are what you’d expect from a proper loft conversion – high ceilings, big windows, and that slightly edgy urban vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere with character instead of just another cookie-cutter hotel. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and honestly, the blackout curtains are a godsend if you’re trying to sleep in. The bathroom setup is modern without being sterile – good water pressure, which always matters more than people think it will.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to hit that sweet spot between style and substance. Sure, it’s only a 3-star place, but that 9.3 rating isn’t just for show – the staff actually seems to care about what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, someone was up to fix it within twenty minutes. The whole place feels like someone put real thought into the details rather than just throwing together some trendy furniture and calling it a day. It’s got this lived-in quality that makes you want to settle in and actually relax, which is rarer than it should be these days. If you’re looking for somewhere with personality that won’t break the bank but still feels special, this place definitely delivers on that promise.

  Удобно расположен в пешей доступности от старого города, порта, парка Кадриорг. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Бесконтактное заселение (кодовый замок). Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Очень чисто и уютно.
