Check-in was smooth enough, though the front desk isn’t staffed 24/7, so you’ll want to coordinate your arrival time if you’re getting in late. The staff I dealt with seemed genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions, which makes a difference. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle depending on the time of day – street parking fills up pretty quickly in the evenings, but mornings are usually fine. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see locals going about their business rather than just tourists, which I personally prefer. There’s a small market within walking distance that’s perfect for picking up basics, and the coffee shop around the corner makes a surprisingly good cappuccino if you need your morning fix before exploring. Look, this isn’t going to be the highlight of your trip or anything, but for what you’re paying, it delivers solid value without any major headaches. If you’re looking for luxury touches and concierge service, keep looking – but if you want a clean, comfortable base that won’t drain your travel budget, LKS Apartment 3 does the job just fine.
