There’s enough room to actually unpack and settle in, rather than living out of a suitcase for your entire stay.

Here’s where this place really shines — the location score of 9.1 isn’t just marketing fluff. You’re literally steps away from Tallinn’s main attractions, but tucked onto a quieter side street that doesn’t get the constant tourist foot traffic. I could walk to Town Hall Square in about three minutes, hit up the viewing platforms on Toompea Hill without breaking a sweat, and still duck back for a quick coffee break whenever I wanted. The fact that there’s free parking on site is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving — finding parking in this part of Tallinn can be a real headache otherwise.

Daily Life Here

What I really appreciated was how this setup lets you live a bit more like a local rather than just passing through. There’s a small grocery store literally around the corner, and having that kitchen means you can grab some Estonian black bread and local cheese for breakfast instead of hunting down a restaurant every single morning. The two-level layout also means if you’re traveling with someone, you’re not constantly on top of each other — one person can be reading downstairs while the other takes calls upstairs.

The 8.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that sweet spot where you get the independence and space of having your own place, but with the reliability and service standards of a proper accommodation.   Host is good. Was in contact very well.
  
  What could be improved: We booked this villa as it has two bathrooms. But the draining point was blocked and all the water after shower is spread the entire bathroom. We end up using only single bathroom. Hot water not sufficient for 8 people with single bathroom usage. We couldn't able to talk at late night as neighbors will bang the walls. If you are planning for vacation and late night chats, its not the right place.

  Nice big two stairs apartment with plenty of beds for bigger groups. Kitchen was functional. Two bathrooms + one toilet was nice.
  
  What could be improved: Downstairs neighbour is quite sensitive so we had to be quiet at downstairs.
