The location is honestly perfect — I mean, you’re right on Roosikrantsi Street in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or chaotic. When I first walked up to the building, I was expecting another generic apartment hotel, but there’s something refreshingly straightforward about the place that actually works in its favor.

The apartments themselves are exactly what you’d want if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights. Mine had this really functional kitchen setup (which, let’s be honest, saves you a fortune when you’re traveling in Estonia), and the living space felt genuinely livable rather than hotel-sterile. The windows are decent-sized too, so you get proper natural light during those surprisingly long summer days. I stayed there during shoulder season in September, and honestly, the neighborhood had this perfect balance where you felt connected to the city but could escape the tour groups pretty easily. The trams run right nearby if you want to venture out to Kadriorg Park or the coast, and parking (if you’re driving) isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city center. The 8.2 rating seems fair — it’s solidly good without being spectacular, which is sometimes exactly what you need when you want a comfortable base rather than a destination hotel.
