I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Kopli Apartment, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The neighborhood has this interesting industrial-meets-residential vibe that’s pretty typical for this part of Tallinn, and you know what? It actually works better than you’d think. There’s something refreshingly authentic about staying somewhere that feels like real Estonian life rather than tourist central.
The apartment itself is solid – I mean, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it’s genuinely comfortable in that unpretentious way that makes you feel like you can actually relax. The space is bigger than most hotel rooms you’ll find for the price, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re staying more than a night or two. I particularly appreciated having a proper kitchen – not just those sad little coffee stations you usually get, but actual counter space where you can spread out if you want to grab groceries from the local shops. The furnishings are simple but thoughtful, and everything worked properly (always a relief with apartment rentals, right?).
What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night. You’re far enough from the main tourist strips that you don’t get the late-night party crowd, but close enough that a quick tram ride gets you to Old Town in maybe fifteen minutes. The Kopli area itself is having this interesting moment – there are some great little cafes popping up, and the seaside walks along the coast are genuinely lovely, especially if you catch them during sunset. I stumbled across this small local market just a few blocks away that had the best Estonian bread I tried during my whole trip. The check-in process was straightforward too – no drama, just clear instructions and everything ready when promised. Sure, it’s not fancy, but sometimes you want a place that just works without any fuss, and that’s exactly what this is.
Hotel in Tallinn booking should be done early, especially during White Nights season when the city hosts internationally acclaimed cultural and technology events.

What Our Guests Say
Wonderful Nice location, quiet and comfortable. Everything necessary was in the apartment. Very good price.
Ok apartment Its not far from the center
For a budget option it’s ok The location is not bad it’s close to tram stop and some supermarkets . Inexpensive stay
Good price The price is very good and the Kopli area is beautiful
Uncomfortable but affordable Cheap. Tram stop right in front of the house takes you quickly into the city. Supermarket across the street.
Good Quiet.
Nice apartment. Very uncomfortable/hard bed/mattress & only 1 duvet for 2 persons to share. Nice apartment, which smells good. Animalfriendly.
Good location, bad experience Good location, good check-in and check-out
Possibly a scam, beware Hard to review because although the apartment we ended up in was OK, it was not the one we booked. The night before our arrival we were informed that due to 'overbooking' we had to stay in a different place, in a location further from the city, with fewer amenties.
Very Poor Good access to town.
