I spent hours wandering the colorful wooden houses in the neighborhood, and honestly, it felt more like staying in a real city rather than a tourist bubble. The location means you’re close enough to walk to the Old Town when you want those postcard views, but far enough away that you escape the cruise ship crowds at the end of the day. Plus – and this might sound minor but it matters – parking is actually manageable here, unlike in the medieval center where good luck finding a spot.
