You know what caught me off guard about Just Apartments? The name sounds so generic, but honestly, that undersells what this place actually delivers. I mean, when I first heard “Just Apartments,” I was expecting some bare-bones setup with creaky floors and questionable WiFi – but this 3-star spot really surprised me with how thoughtfully everything’s put together.

The thing is, they’ve nailed that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment living that so many places mess up. Each unit feels like someone actually lives there, not like a sterile hotel room with a mini-fridge awkwardly shoved in the corner. The kitchens are properly equipped – I’m talking real knives that cut, decent-sized pots, and enough counter space to actually cook without doing some weird juggling act with your ingredients. The living areas have that lived-in comfort without being worn down, if that makes sense. And the bedrooms… well, they’re quieter than I expected for a city location. You’ll hear some street noise during the day, but nothing that kept me up at night.

What really sold me on the place was the little stuff that shows someone’s paying attention. Fresh coffee in the lobby that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there since yesterday, check-in staff who actually know the neighborhood (they pointed me to this amazing little bakery two blocks over that I never would’ve found), and maintenance that responds quickly – my bathroom faucet was being finicky, and they had someone up within an hour. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there for a few days. It’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just… works. Parking can be a bit of a hunt depending on the time of year – during peak season, you’ll want to ask about their partner garage rates because street parking gets pretty competitive. But honestly, that’s more of a city thing than a hotel thing. The value here is solid, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights and want the freedom to grab groceries and eat in sometimes instead of being stuck with restaurant meals every day.

Hotel in Tallinn booking should be done early, especially during White Nights season when the city hosts internationally acclaimed cultural and technology events.

  The location was convenient. Very easy access to the public transport. It was clean and practical. It was very quiet and all and all, perfect for our needs. The coffee maker made really nice coffee.

  Very nice, well maintained, clean apartment. Good communication with the owner. Not too far from the city centre. Pleasant stay.
