Hestia Apartments Seaport Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Hestia Apartments Seaport, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes those middle-tier spots surprise you in the best way, and this one absolutely did. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without trying too hard to be fancy, and the staff actually seemed genuinely happy to see guests walk in, which is rarer than it should be these days.
What really won me over was how thoughtfully designed the apartments are. I mean, someone clearly put effort into making these spaces feel like actual homes rather than sterile hotel rooms. The kitchenettes are compact but totally functional – I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings instead of hunting down overpriced coffee and pastries. The bathroom had this surprisingly good rainfall showerhead, and honestly, after spending days walking around the seaport area, that felt like pure luxury. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that weird hotel back ache, though the pillows could use an upgrade if I’m being picky. Storage space is decent too, which matters when you’re staying more than a night or two.
Location-wise, you’re right in the heart of things without being in the chaos – that sweet spot where you can walk to the main attractions but still get some quiet when you need it. The seaport area can get pretty lively during peak hours, but the building’s positioned so you don’t get hit with constant street noise. I loved being able to wander down to the waterfront in the evenings when the crowds thinned out and the whole area takes on this completely different, more relaxed energy. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during busy times (street parking fills up fast), but there are a couple nearby garages that won’t completely destroy your budget. The front desk folks are surprisingly knowledgeable about the neighborhood – they pointed me toward this little local market that I never would have found otherwise, and their restaurant recommendations were actually spot-on, not just the touristy places that probably give kickbacks. With an 8.6 rating, this place is clearly doing something right, and after staying here, I totally get why guests keep coming back.
Apartments in Tallinn provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Estonian markets and cook with fresh Nordic specialties.

It’s a great value for money: a clean, spacious and warm (we traveled in January, and it was -20 outside) apartment. We (family with three bigger children) stayed there one night to get to the morning ferry, very convenient. The apartment is in the building behind the hotel and the key is collected from there. Which makes check in easy, even at late arrival.
