The location is honestly perfect for getting the real feel of the city. You’re right in the heart of things but tucked away enough that you won’t be kept awake by late-night revelers stumbling back from the bars on Müürivahe Street. I actually appreciated this balance – you can walk to Raekoja plats (Town Hall Square) in about three minutes, but when you want to retreat and maybe grab some local cheese and dark bread from one of the small shops nearby, you’ve got that quiet residential vibe going on. The building itself has that solid, centuries-old feel that reminds you you’re sleeping where merchants and craftsmen lived back when this was a Hanseatic powerhouse.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything’s been set up. The kitchen actually has proper knives and decent cookware – not those flimsy things you usually find in rentals – which came in handy when I picked up some fresh fish from the market near the harbor. The bed is genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload those inevitable photos of the medieval towers or video-call home to show off the view from your window. Speaking of which, depending on which unit you get, you might catch glimpses of the old city walls or some of those gorgeous red-tiled roofs that make Tallinn look like something out of a fairy tale. The whole experience just feels… well, authentic. It’s got that 9.5 rating for good reason – it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer in Tallinn than you originally planned, and honestly, that’s the best compliment I can give any accommodation.

  The apartment was immaculately clean, well appointed, roomy and comfortable. The location was ideal, two blocks from the main square and the Christmas Market and one block from the tourist office. It was right above a good (and extremely busy) coffee shop and about a block from another one with a good breakfast. We liked the decor and the airiness of the place and found it very easy to get to shopping, restaurants, museums and other places.
  
  What could be improved: I can't really think of anything right off hand. It had everything we needed.

  In terms of facilities and location, this apartment is superior. But in terms of smaller amenities that make a visit homey and comfortable, improvements are needed (see below).
  
  What could be improved: 1. Three modes of coffee making are claimed but there were no capsules or coffee available.
  2. Using fragrance-free household products is fine but in that case effort is needed to ensure that the towels do not develop a stale and musty smell.

  + znakomita lokalizacja: bardzo blisko do starego miasta, jak i komunikacji miejskiej.
  + duży i wygodny apartament – dla rodziny 2+1 super!
  + bardzo dobre wyposażenie (kuchnia, łazienka, duże szafy, wygodna kanapa i fotel, duży stół, TV)

  What could be improved: – odgłosy życia miasta po północy (choć ze względu na lokalizację, można się tego spodziewać).
  – zabytkowe, dwuskrzydłowe okna słabo tłumią dźwięk, w związku z czym hałasy w nocy przeszkadzają w spaniu.
  – zbyt krótki wąż od prysznica dla wysokiej osoby…

  Sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und aufgrund der Größe auch für längere Aufenthalte super geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war trotz nächtlicher Anreise sehr entspannt.

  – Location is excellent if you want to see old town.

  – Room has basically everything you need during stay.
  – Was surprisingly quiet despite central location (bedside table even had ear plugs ready in for us if we would had problems)

  I love this property . It is elegant ,spacious . The pictures gives a sense of the space but the reality is even better. I highly recommend this beautiful appartment. It is also so well located the restaurant next door is fabulous and coffee shop down stairs cosy. It is also quiet considering the location.
