Gonsiori 3 Tenors Apartment Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Gonsiori 3 Tenors Apartment? The name actually makes perfect sense once you’re there – and I mean that in the best way possible. This isn’t some generic apartment rental trying to sound fancy. The place genuinely has this artistic, almost theatrical vibe that feels both sophisticated and lived-in at the same time. I’m talking about those little touches you don’t expect – maybe it’s the way the light hits the windows in the afternoon, or how the space is arranged with actual thought behind it rather than just cramming in as much furniture as possible.
The location on Gonsiori street puts you right in the thick of things without the tourist trap feeling. I mean, you’re walking distance from pretty much everything that matters in Tallinn’s city center, but you’re also on a street where locals actually live and work. There’s something refreshing about stepping out your door and seeing real neighborhood life – people heading to work, grabbing coffee at spots that aren’t Instagram famous, you know? The building itself has that solid European apartment feel, and honestly, the soundproofing is better than I expected. I’ve stayed in plenty of city center places where you hear every conversation from the street, but this one actually lets you sleep.
What really sets this place apart – and I think this explains that impressive 9.6 rating – is how it feels like someone’s carefully curated home rather than a sterile rental. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook (and I mean really cook, not just heat up instant noodles). The bathroom setup works well, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong. And the Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re trying to plan day trips or, let’s be honest, stream something after a long day of sightseeing. The check-in process was straightforward – no weird key pickup locations or confusing instructions that leave you standing on the street with your luggage. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference, especially when you’re tired from traveling. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between having your own space and being right where you want to be in Tallinn, this place delivers without any of the usual compromises.
To book a hotel in Tallinn during major Baltic festivals, travelers need early planning as this digital capital draws visitors eager to experience its UNESCO World Heritage old town and cutting-edge technology scene.

Very well maintained apartment near the old city of Tallinn. Rainer was an amazing host storing our luggage to his car as we arrived very early and also getting them upstairs when the flat was ready. Overall very happy with the flat itself, the location, the price and the host. Highly recommended

It was our second time we stayed here. This apartment has perfect location in the middle of everything, short stroll to shops and restaurants. The apartment is really clean with everything you need. The pillows and blankets are better than I have at home 🙂 Really good sleeping quality. The owner is easy to contact and extremely helpful. We really love this apartment!
What could be improved: Nothing to complain!Wenche from Norway – 13 October 2024 (10/10)
Perfect location – close to absolutely everything, but completely free for city noise. Nice apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Very clean.

Wonderful host, excellent location, clean, tidy, spacious.
What could be improved: Only downside which was no problem to us 4th floor, no lift so not wheelchair friendly. Stairs have hand rail are wide and flat, excellent state of repair. So for fit mortals not a problem.Svetlana from United States – 6 July 2024 (10/10)
From the first moment of meeting the owner at the entrance to the courtyard of the apartment building, him helping with our bags carry to 4th floor and explained everything plus giving useful advice about Tallinn that was super good experience. The apartment was above our expectations bright clean recently renovated. Perfect location close to old city walls and to shoping malls, supermarket restaurants
Highly recommended to everyone visiting beautiful city Tallinn.
