  What could be improved: beds in salon were uncomfortable, tables in salon and in kitchen are a little bit worn (as well as cutting board).

  The location was good. We could walk to the old town or take a tram or bus from nearby. We also checked in an hour earlier and checked out an hour later.
  
  What could be improved: The flat is three flights up some stairs and there is no lift. That can be quite difficult if you have a heavy suitcase. The flat was not as clean as it could be – we cleaned some stains on the walls, light switches etc. The wooden furniture
  (table, kitchen cabinets) was damaged and the small sofa was stained. The walls needed painting. The shower was a problem, either you could get very hot water or cold. It was difficult to get a constant warm temperature.
  
  There were a lot of road works around the flat and we could hear the trams, even through the double glazing. The sofa beds were not comfortable. The TV was difficult to operate and there were no simple instructions or house manual.
