I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Dream Stay – Stylish Studio with French Balcony, I rolled my eyes a little. I mean, everyone calls their place a “dream stay,” right? The French balcony is the real star here – and I say this as someone who’s stayed in plenty of places where “balcony” meant a glorified window ledge. This one’s got proper space to actually step out with your morning coffee (though honestly, the coffee setup inside is better than most hotel chains I’ve tried). The studio itself feels way more spacious than you’d expect, probably because whoever designed it actually understands how people live in small spaces. There’s this clever way they’ve arranged everything so it doesn’t feel cramped, even when you’ve got your suitcase exploded everywhere like I always do. The bed is surprisingly comfortable – I’m talking proper sleep, not that weird hotel insomnia where you’re half-listening for random hallway noise all night.

What really got me was the attention to little details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere, even for just a few days. The lighting is warm and adjustable (thank god, because harsh overhead lights are the worst), and there’s enough counter space that you can spread out your stuff without playing Tetris every time you need to brush your teeth. The shower has decent water pressure – honestly, this shouldn’t be noteworthy in a 3-star place, but here we are. Check-in was smooth too, none of that awkward standing around while they figure out their system. The neighborhood feels safe for walking around, and I noticed there are actually locals living nearby, which always makes me feel better about a place than when it’s just wall-to-wall tourist rentals. Sure, it’s not fancy in that marble-and-gold way some people expect, but it’s got character and feels like someone who travels a lot designed it for other people who travel a lot. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a really nice temporary home than a generic hotel box, this place gets it right.

  Was so clean and cozy you feel like home, the bed is really good and the sofa is perfect I was travel alone but is good for a small family too. The kitchet have everything that you need for cook, the building is new so the elevator and everything works, and omg the balcony the view is so lovely most because was the winter so is an incredible postal. The bus station is crossing the street but even with that is a quiet place you have a super market close, 2 shopping centers like 15 min walking and the old town is like 30 mins walking or 5 in a bolt the best places are close and is easy to move
  
  What could be improved: The street was close but the conpany who attended don't tell me nothing and I was traveling with a heavy bag because was a long trip so was a little disappoitment walk from the conner with a heavy bag with the snow for luck the bolt try to help me and let me the most close that he can. If you want to stay close to the old town because your trip is only 2 day maybe you need a plan or check your options

  Está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo, está justo al lado de las paradas de bus y tranvía, es todo nuevo, muy moderno y bonito. El sofá cama era muy cómodo y muy fácil de montar.
  Además no sientes para nada el frío que hace fuera y no se oye nada de la calle.
  
  What could be improved: Las sábanas son un poco incómodas parecen tela de forro de colchón.

  Die Lage gegenüber dem Busbahnhof ist ideal. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 min. Im Zentrum. Das Gebäude ist neuwertig. Die Kaution kam zügig wieder zurück.
  
  What could be improved: Ich habe die Heizungseinstellung nicht verstanden, da mit einem Tablet bedient werden musste.

  Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Todo funcionaba bien (lo que se agradece). Muy limpio y bien equipado. La llegada súper fácil (aunque las instrucciones no lo parezcan). Está literalmente al lado de la estación de buses.
  
  What could be improved: Todo ok. Tal vez la ubicación no es tan cercana a los sitios que uno pretende visitar, pero los tranvías y buses pasan a una cuadra, así que realmente no fue un problema para mi.

  Clean, cozy, quiet, 30 secs walk to the bus station, 15 mins walk to city centre, well communicated, restaurants, supermarkets and market at 5 mins walk… Simply excellent!!

  Mõnus voodi ja kõik vajalik olemas. Ilus, modernne, puhas ja uus korter, naabreid ega trepikojas liikumist ei olnud üldse kuulda
  
  What could be improved: Tänavamüra kostus päris hästi tuppa ja ei meeldinud, et olemas oli küll üsna suur TV, aga polnud telekanaleid. Õnneks töötaja ühendas mind Netflixiga, see päästis suures osas mu mitmepäevase seal viibimise.
  Broneerimine, tagatisraha nõue ja info saamine sisseregistreerimise kohta oli ka pikem ja keerulisem protsess kui enamuses teistes öömajades.
