Dream Stay – Noblessner Seaside Apartments
Honestly, when I first pulled up to Dream Stay - Noblessner Seaside Apartments, I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this corner of Tallinn.
Honestly, when I first pulled up to Dream Stay – Noblessner Seaside Apartments, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this corner of Tallinn. The Noblessner area used to be this old submarine shipyard, and you can still feel that industrial history mixed with all the sleek new development happening around the harbor. It’s actually pretty cool – you’ve got these converted warehouses and modern glass buildings sitting right next to each other, with the Baltic Sea stretching out beyond.
The apartments themselves really surprised me. I mean, for a 3-star place, they’ve nailed the essentials without trying to be something they’re not. My unit had this huge window facing the water, and honestly, waking up to that view of the harbor made the whole trip feel special. The kitchen was properly equipped too – not just the sad mini-fridge situation you sometimes get. I actually cooked a few meals there using stuff from the nearby Selver supermarket (maybe a 10-minute walk). The building’s pretty quiet, which I appreciated after spending days wandering around Tallinn’s Old Town with all the tourist crowds. You know what really sold me though? The little details, like having proper blackout curtains and a washing machine that actually worked well.
Location-wise, you’re sort of in this perfect sweet spot. The Seaplane Harbour museum is literally right there if you’re into maritime history, and the whole Kalamaja neighborhood is just a short stroll away – that’s where you’ll find the real local café scene and some genuinely good restaurants that aren’t tourist traps. Getting to the Old Town takes about 15 minutes by tram, or you can walk it in maybe 25 minutes along the seaside promenade, which I’d actually recommend on nice days. Parking was surprisingly stress-free too, something I definitely wasn’t expecting in a European city center. The staff gave me solid recommendations about which ferry to take for day trips to the islands, and they seemed to actually know the area rather than just reading from a script. That 9.4 rating makes total sense when you stay there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. If you want to experience Tallinn from a more local perspective instead of being stuck right in the tourist bubble, this place gives you that authentic feel while still being comfortable and well-connected to everything you’ll want to see.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Tallinn through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for experiencing the city’s medieval heritage and modern innovation.

What Our Guests Say
Location, warm, view
What could be improved: I didn’t like the 100eur manual deposit that needed to be transferred separately and renting contract sent before stay.
Väga mõnus korter. Hea asukoht, puhas, kõik olemas.
What could be improved: Meid ei seganud aga kui midagi välja tuua, siis natuke liiga vali külmkapp. Köök-magamistuba-elutuba on kõik üks ruum, seega erksama unega magajaid võib häirida.
Отличная квартира! Чисто и уютно!
