The 24-hour reception thing isn’t just marketing speak either; there’s actually someone there when you stumble back from exploring Telliskivi Creative City at midnight (learned that the hard way). The staff seemed to genuinely know the neighborhood too – they pointed me toward this little Estonian breakfast spot just two blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise.

What really won me over was the location, though I realize that sounds cliché. But hear me out – you’re literally a five-minute walk from Viru Gate and the medieval Old Town, yet far enough away that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your window. The tram stop is practically around the corner, so getting to places like Kadriorg Park or even the airport is straightforward. I stayed here in late spring, and the area gets this nice morning light that filters through the trees along the street. Parking was actually manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in Tallinn will tell you is no small feat. The building itself is quiet – well, as quiet as you can expect in a city center. You’ll hear some street noise during the day, but nothing that kept me awake at night.

The 8.1 rating makes sense to me. It’s not luxury by any stretch, and the décor is more functional than Instagram-worthy, but everything works properly and feels clean. The Wi-Fi was solid (important when you’re trying to navigate Estonian museums online), and having a washing machine in the apartment was clutch for a longer stay. I mean, it’s a 3-star place, so set your expectations accordingly, but for the price point and location, it delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re the type who spends most of your time out exploring anyway and just needs a comfortable, well-located base with some extra space to spread out, this place hits the sweet spot.

  The location was excellent as easy walk from ferry terminal. Also easy walk to old town across the road, we had a beautiful view of the town, which made this room special. The room was comfortable for 2 people.

  The room had everything you need. It was very easy to get into the room. 24-hour reception, you can leave your luggage before leaving. Great area Rotterman nearby.
  
  What could be improved: There was no air conditioning, so it was quite stuffy, but we opened the windows and then everything was fine. When going down the stairs on the second floor of the room, the last step is not very visible, so you can fall.

  Beautiful apartment with great views. Location is perfect for visiting the old city, Kadriorg area or to go to the pear. There is a lift and 24h reception, not so usual points in the Baltics.
  
  What could be improved: Cleaning should be improved. We had a bad first impression, even if the apartament is really beautiful. We found an abandoned toothbrush, penauts besides the armchair, etc. We hope the problem will be solved soon.
